Beautiful property and staff were very helpful. Beautiful location. The locals call it little England. It is colder at night so worth taking jumpers
Nothing
The stuff was really really nice and friendly, helping with anything we needed during our stay (bringing us blankets, heater, organising transport). We loved the homemade local dinner and breakfast they made for us, they even shared recipes with us!
As the area is really humid also the room was really cold and humid inside.
I like the location and their service.
Nothing at the moment
The staff is very friendly and attentive.
Good staff
Clean bed sheets, comfy bed,, clean bathroom. The bathroom is simple but modern, good shower with warm-enough water.
The guy assisting you with luggages and dinner/breakfast is really kind.
They have been so nice to order takeaway of what I liked.
Don't be fooled by Google maps: the Pedro Tea estate is not close at all! You need a tuk tuk to reach it.
The lady manager is super bossy, she has her own idea of what's best and doesn't bother much of what you're asking. I was a bit worried about being late at the train station and she kept pushing forward my departure from the hotel. She even tried to mock me in paying double for the transfer saying that she arranged a car at the same rate of the tuk tuk, but no sign of the car at the arranged time. When I finally got at the station by an other tuk tuk, the guy asked me half of it.
The tuk tuk guy they call for you doesn't seem trustworthy.
The property is nothing more than a motel: grey moquette, no view, indoor lunch room. Little bit sad when such nature beauty surrounds you!
Super slow and poor breakfast.
