Pros:

Расположение в самом центре города. Дружелюбный персонал. Останавливались на одну ночь, так как прилетели в Кайсери в поздно вечером.

Cons:

Довольно старый интерьер. Требуется инновация. Но за 36 евро с завтраком на двоих вполне приемлемо.

すごく日本人が好きなオーナー？受付スタッフのおじさんが対応してくれてとても嬉しかった☺️
Pros:

観光地ではない、でも最寄りに空港があるため訪れる人ももしかするとたまにいるかもしれない。

ただ一つ言えることは、トルコ国内でホステルやゲストハウスを利用するよりもはるかに快適です。
トルコに訪れる人はヨーロッパ系が多いと思いますが、彼らは本当に他者への配慮が欠落しているので、ホステルのようなところに宿泊すると、旅行の満足度が下がります。

Cons:

確か私が訪れた日はWi-Fiが動作していなかったのかな？
でもそれは大した問題ではありません。
もちろん、Wi-Fiはあったほうがいいですが、宿泊費用も安いですし満足しています。

Второй раз я точно тут не остановлюсь и никому не посоветую.
Pros:

Понравилось расположение. Почти сразу оказываешься на базаре. Рядом крепость. Довольно много кафе рядом.

Cons:

Гостиница, наверно, была построена еще при Мехмеде Втором и с тех пор никто ее не ремонтировал. Все разваливается. Курить там начали еще до открытия Америки. Ощущение, что спишь в пепельнице. Ужасно.

Za nízkou cenu příjemné ubytování. Ani jsme nečekaly, že bude tak výborná snídaně, pokoj byl čistý.
Pros:

Chtěly jsme co nejlevnější ubytování jen na přespání a musím říct, že vše bylo jak jsme čekaly. Dokonce jsme nečekaly že sprcha bude na pokoji, takže za nás spokojenost. Personál by ve všech ohledech milý a velice mile nás překvapila příjemná snídaně formou švédského stolu!! Rozhodně když uvážím za jakou cenu byl hotel, musím říct, že se vším jsme byly spokojeny!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kdso chce luxus, musí si připlatit, my chtěly něco kde se potkáme více s obyčejnými lidmi... Děkujeme, byl tam skvělý čas!!!!

A good base for short stay, to transit between Cappadocia and Kayseri airport
Pros:

Convenient location in central Kayseri - within walking distance to Kayseri Castle, Archaeological Museum, Bazaar, Armenian Church (now library) and Hunat Hatun Mosque.
Hotel staff were very kind to prepare for my breakfast very early, to allow me to eat before going to airport by taxi at about 6am. Staff were also very polite.

Cons:

When I checked in, the receptionist allocated me to a room type that is worse than the one I booked, without air con. He politely apologised to me when I pointed it out, and he gave me an airconed room as per my booking. The only main issue with that room is the aircon keeps dripping water when turned on.

Pros:

Perfect enough for its price, I enjoyed my isolation here without the disturbance of the external world, so much privacy and hidden. Good value and perfect receptionist. Highly recommended for budget travellers. Not speaking English, if necessary prepare your app translation. Hot shower and good Wi-Fi.

Cons:

A little poetic darkness, like an old fashioned movie hotel scene, but definitely not a big deal.

Location is very good. Walking distance from city square and bus-tram- shopping center

Cons:

Staff can’t speak English. Communication was not good for me. Specially, one cleaner continuously talking in Dutch and commanding me not to use breakfast room for tea. she was angry at me because I didn’t understand her language. And she was complaining about me to other people. It was wired feeling for me.
