le staff pourrait être un peu plus à l'écoute. une boisson et un plat commandés mais pas servis. Une réservation au mauvais restaurant. Rien de grave mais à ce prix on peut s'attendre à un service de grande qualité.

Das Frühstück und Abendessen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, das Personal superfreundlich,

Das nette Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen, die Weinkellerbesichtigung war ein Highlight.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war renovationsbedürftig, eher klein und Dusche war Badewanne mit Wand. (nicht barrierefrei), die Nachmittagsjause bestand aus Fruchtsalat (nicht immer) und zwei Torten (einmal auch nur 1 Torte), also keine Auswahl. Zum Teil fehlten die Teller und das Besteck, gehe davon aus, dass schon einige Mitarbeiter in die Ferien geschickt worden sind vor dem Umbau, das hat man gemerkt.

Luxury in harmony with nature

Phenomenal breakfast & service. Love the entire hotel concept being so connected to nature & not just another luxury hotel destroying nature. Amazing spa. Clean.
