Bien mais peu vraiment mieux faire pour fidéliser la clientèle

Le lit très confortable et équipement adapté

Cons:

La fermeture de la piscine trop tôt pour des vacanciers et café trop cher 4,5 du jamais vu même sur Paris je le paye pas à ce prix là. Le restaurant lors du match de foot était dépassé et de ce fait nous avons mangé froid. Manque d’organisation au niveau du personnel.

Greit hotell liten kjøretur til byen

Cons:

Det ble vist en VM-kamp under oppholdet vårt, men vi som hotellgjester fikk ikke se kampen på hotellets restaurant med mindre vi kjøpte mat for 280 DH. Jeg mener at hotellgjester burde kunne se kampen uten å være nødt til å spise eller betale ekstra. Vi hadde allerede spist middag, men følte oss likevel tvunget til å bestille mer mat for å få se kampen, og var mange ledige plasser. Dette opplevdes som lite gjestevennlig.

Bassengområdet var også dårlig organisert. Mange barn kastet baller, hoppa fra kanter uten at noen ansatte fulgte opp situasjonen, noe som gjorde det vanskelig å slappe av. I tillegg var det altfor få solsenger i forhold til antall gjester.

Renholdet på rommet kunne også vært bedre. Housekeeping støvsugde ikke rommet ordentlig, og det var fortsatt støv på kanter og lister, samt sand på gulvet etter rengjøringen.
