Mon séjour a été décevant en raison du mauvais état de la chambre et d’une politique d’accueil des invités mal expliquée

Je souhaite partager mon expérience lors de mon séjour dans cet hôtel, qui malheureusement ne m’a pas totalement satisfait.

Tout d’abord, j’ai constaté que la peinture se décolle au plafond ainsi que sur le balcon, ce qui donne une impression de manque d’entretien. De plus, un placard dans la chambre n’était pas bien fixé, ce qui peut poser un problème de sécurité.

Par ailleurs, j’avais une amie qui devait simplement monter avec moi dans la chambre, sans y passer la nuit. J’ai donc réservé une chambre pour deux personnes. Cependant, à mon arrivée, la réceptionniste m’a informé que la présence d’invités était interdite au Maroc. Après vérification, je n’ai trouvé aucune loi marocaine interdisant cela. Il s’agit plutôt d’une politique propre à l’hôtel, qui, à mon avis, aurait dû être clairement communiquée avant la réservation.

Je pense qu’il serait utile que l’hôtel informe ses clients de cette règle à l’avance pour éviter tout malentendu.
