Pros:

L’accueil du personnel étaient chaleureux, la propreté du lieu, le décor de l’établissement ainsi que la chambre le petit mot la chambre et les petits attentions nickel.
Franchement je recommande vivement cette établissement à l’occasion je reviendrai pour un temps plus long.
Merci.

Cons:

Peut être faudrait il changer le carrelage de la douche car il est un peu glissant sinon tout est parfait.

Pros:

It's our second time at Occidental so we knew what to expect: lovely accomodating and attentive, clean comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. We received all of that this time around too.

Cons:

The rooms are poorly maintained, leaking showers, mouldy wall, bidet's not working properly. If these were fixed the hotel would be perfect.
