The hotel is designed lovely and our room was fab with a balcony . But I wasn’t impressed with breakfast we waited over

Lovely location the views are beautiful

Cons:

The pool was way too busy , couldn’t move in it . I tied to book the boat on the lake and the bikes but told me no availability.

Style over substance
Pros:

The property was stunning, very well decorated, breathtaking almost. Check in staff were lovely very welcoming and well organised. Room was fabulous.

Cons:

Particularly did not like service in the restaurant and food was very over priced. No bar food available during our stay. The service in the restaurant was poor and disorganised. Breakfast was mediocre, no table service. Cocktails were extremely expensive and lacking in quality. No atmosphere, staff didn’t look after you like you would expect in a place like this. Very young inexperienced staff was like everyone was on their summer holiday job.

Didn’t love up to expectations

Beautiful property

Cons:

Mattress in the family room was old and needs replacing. It had a dip in the hip area and we didn’t sleep well
Lots of weddings going on which makes it really hard for non wedding guests to enjoy the property. We arrived on a Friday, has to leave on Saturday and came back on Sunday because Saturday was sold out due to a wedding. Lots of little kids unattended running up and down the hallways making noise at midnight. Just chaos
