Pros:

Food was very good ,staff were lovely, Outdoor pool was lovely .Overall a great place to stay.

Cons:

There were no glasses in bathroom .It was difficult to know who the staff were as there was no uniform except at breakfast where the staff had Glasson tee shirts.

The ambience is evident from the moment you enter. A true feeling of a luxury getaway meets you on arrival.
Pros:

The decor is exquisite.The attention to detail in every single area of this hotel captures your attention. The food was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful going that extra mile to meet our needs. Can’t wait to go back!

A pleasant stay with family but didn't live up to my expectations tbh
Pros:

Liked alot about this hotel. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The evening meal we had was only ok. There was nowhere that comfortable to sit in the bar and watch the Ireland match that was on.

Excellent, friendly, welcoming, comfortable and thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

Location is beautiful. Bit awkward to get to from our location due to roads but nothing can be done about that by Glassan so this just from my perspective.
Breakfast, food, staff were all excellent.
Upon arrival the ladies at reception were delightful to deal with. Friendly and welcoming.
Golf pro was a gent to deal with also. Course is magnificent!
Room was quirky but this was cool and the vinyl was an excellent little touch!!
Thanks for the balloons, birthday welcome for my wife also.
I really appreciate it. 😊

Cons:

An addition of a sauna, steam room, thermal suite and a cold plunge would be a great addition.
All being said, I did know these options were not there prior to booking so these would not put me off returning at all.
