Pareciese que es una cadena hotelera que tiene varios hoteles, la habitación que había reservado no estaba disponible pero solucionaron enviandome a un mejor hotel que se llamaba Raíces, con mejor desayuno, una habitación bastante más moderna y superior con mejor baño mejor cama y mejor vista.
Nos permitieron hacer check in 11.30 🙌🏽
El desayuno biennn, tiene varias opciones, solo agregaría alguna hoja verde como para poder comer mas fibra
En realidad no es que no me haya gustado algo, pero cabe aclarar que tanto Seven como Raíces estan en zonas bastante ruidosas, seven frente a las vías de perú rail, y raíces en el puente de los candados donde hay muchos bares de karaoke y gente a los gritos, somos personas de muy buen dormir así que no nos molestó, pero si tenés sueño leve la podés llegar a pasar mal..

Staff. Unable to take ownership for their faults. I was moved room 3 times without apology.
I didn't receive the room I booked.
First room had 3 single beds not what I booked. Staff blamed booking.com
Second room was the room I booked but was asked to move room mid showering. Previous guests never returned the key.
Third room I stayed in although it was not the room I booked. It had a double bed and other single beds not the view I booked either.
I had been hiking all day I wanted to rest instead I had to climb 4 floors threes and move room 3 times (once mid showering)
La cama muy cómoda y el personal muy amable. .
Está justo en frente de las vías del tren y de una cancha de fútbol, hay mucho ruido constante. El desayuno no es bueno, solo hay un par de opciones repetidas cada día, el primer día nos ofrecieron huevos y luego ya no.

La sur-facturation de 30$ pour des taxes que ni l’employée ni la facture n’ont pu indiquer la justification
Personnel très agréable et conciliant, nous avons même pu avoir nos petit-déjeuners à emporter tôt le matin. Chambre et salle de bain très agréables.
É golpe! Cuidado! O Hotel estava fechado recebi uma mensagem de alguém que me levaria a algum outro hotel que parecia muito mal localizado, não aceitei e tive que procurar outra opção de hospedagem de ultima hora.

Staff was nice , breakfast was very good.
It s close to the train station and it was very noisy. All day and night people were playing instruments singing or dancing, and there was this smell of fuel from the trains constantly.
