A budget-friendly, amenity filled, cozy stay
Pros:

It is a cozy place with a handful of amenities for either a short or a long stay. You get a private room in a house of 4 rooms. The room has a queen-sized bed, a table with a chair, a private bathroom (if you choose one, else you get a shared bathroom), and a wardrobe.

You can access the shared hall which has plenty of seating including a TV, and the kitchen with a water filter, a fridge, a microwave oven, and a stove. There are enough utensils if you wish to cook something.

I highly recommend that anyone who wants a budget stay visit here. I went with my girlfriend and we had a great stay.

The caretaker is very helpful, too.

Cons:

There was nothing bad about this place as such. However, I faced issues while booking cabs at night. Since the location of this place amongst a housing layout, you will have to walk to the road to get a good response from the cab. But then again, it might be the issue with the cab services itself.

Also, I would be great if the room gets equipped with air conditioning. It gets hot sometimes and the fan doesn't suffice.
