Coconut Residence

Struttura perfettamente al centro dell’isola ciò permettere di raggiungere in massimo 20 minuti di macchina qualsiasi punto dell’isola. Lo staff é gentilissimo, ogni giorno vengono fatte le pulizie, inoltre quando siamo arrivati, non essendo ancora pronta la camera ci hanno permesso di sistemarci nell’attesa. La casa era dotata di tutto ciò che servisse per passarci la settimana e Saliveros era sempre disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta, già dalla prenotazione effettuata mesi prima. É situata in una zona tranquilla che consente il pieno relax.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine sehr gute Lage an der Hauptstadt sodass man nach dem Feiern immer problemlos nach Hause gekommen ist. Außerdem war die Putzfrau ein Engel und hat uns immer so gut geholfen die Wohnung sauber zu halten auch mit dem Geschirr! Es war perfekt vor allem auch der große Pool war ein super Ort zum bräunen.

Tout était absolument parfait. Le personnel était très attentionné et à l’écoute. L’établissement est très calme, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable

Clean and welcoming property, very spacious suite. Excellent location: Fira is within walking distance in just a few minutes, and the bus stop is just a few steps away, making it easy to reach all destinations on the island. A major plus is the peacefulness of the neighborhood.

Our apartment was spotless and with all the facilities we might have needed: smart tv, Bluetooth speaker, coffee machine and a full equipped kitchen. The little heated pool was a dream especially in the evening. Mary was so friendly and accommodating, she was always available for any requests.
It could not have been more perfect.

It was a great location, walking distance to the main street and bus station. The property was well kept and clean and private.

the trip was an absolute success! We were so happy and satisfied with all the help and support Mary gave us and the tips she had. We would definitely come back to coconut residences. The rooms and tidiness were great and everything went smoothly. Thank you for being reachable. We were super happy and the pool guy was super respectful and polite too!

Me and 2 other girls stayed at this residence for 2 nights while visiting Santorini and wish we stayed longer! Before arriving Mary had got into contact with me to prepare for our arrival via WhatsApp, and any questions we had throughout our stay she answered promptly. She was so lovely and very helpful, booking our airport transfer and as our flight wasn't until the evening she allowed us to stay at the pool as long as we needed, leaving our bags at reception. The room itself was gorgeous and very spacious which was perfect for the 3 of us, as well as a large kitchen area and bathroom. It was also nice to have our own private outdoor area that we could relax in with our own small pool. The communal pool area was lovely with large beds and beanbag type seats to lie on. Water was also provided on arrival and throughout the stay which was very helpful. The residence is around a 20 minute walk into the main town of Fira, but it is a relatively straight road so easy to navigate. There is also a mini market very close by and further along (~5-10 mins) are restaurants/shops and a larger supermarket for anything you may need. I would highly recommend staying here.

So clean and comfortable suit with a lot of facilities. Everything from kitchen to PRIVATE indoor swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi. We loved the tv near the bed and another one in the living room area. The kitchen equipment was excellent with an oven and microwave together with a fridge sink and cabinets.

Apartment is just amazing! Everything was perfect and very unique:)!

We loved the size of the room! It was absolutely massive and felt like our own little apartment! We loved the privacy as well.
