Cons:

Me escribieron el mismo día en la mañana para confirmar mi estancia. Luego a las hora me escriben a decirme que hay una fuga de gas y que ya no me pueden recibir, están yo rumbo a la ciudad de destino y sin reserva. Me tocó reservar en otro lugar el mismo día. Y en la tarde me escribe una muchacha de este edificio a decirme que ella es la que me gestionará la reserva y le dije: no y que había fuga de gas? Me dijo ah sí perdona me equivoqué. Que falta de seriedad de parte de este edificio.

Amazing stay with great location!
Pros:

Great apartment - clean, spacious and great location close to everything, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers. Building is safe and has secure entry. Police station is on the same block. Overall great stay!

Good but could have been excellent
Pros:

Location and neighbourhood were the best; the apartment was spotless

Cons:

There are no lifts, which means apartments are not suited for disabled individuals or if you have oversized luggage. We were on the 5th floor, and it was a nightmare carrying luggage up and down the narrow staircase. Also, the sofa bed was simply a sofa not sofabed as known worldwide. It did not open up or wide enough for a child, a grown-up. As there were 3 of us staying as business colleagues, we complained and asked, but nothing was done about this. So the 3rd person had to find an alternative hotel, which was never discounted nor compensated in any way
