Дуже гарний готель. Персонал ввічливий і допомагав з усіма питаннями. У холі є автомати з кавою/чаєм, холодними напоями та снеками. Невеликий, але затишний номер, чистенький. Дуже гарно пiдiбрали матраци, також ми вибрали два типи подушок i дiйсно, вони були рiзнi. Добрий напор води, на лiйцi можна бачити температуру води, що дуже сподобалось донцi. Кондицiонер працював вiдмiнно. Також у нас був чудовий та величезний балкон з видом на басейн. Басейн - це родзинка готелю. Хоч вiн не дуже великий, але чистий та дуже сподобався донцi. Можно було стрибати, гарнi цiкавi горки, водоспади та грот. Вхід є і зі сходів i пологий вхід, що підійде для найменших відвідувачів. Присутнiй робiтник-рятувальник.
Ми дуже гарно вiдпочили в цьому готелi та сподіваюся, що колись відпочинемо там знову!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise für eine Nacht das Zimmer hat nach Zigaretten Rauch gestunken dies kam aus der Klimaanlage also mussten wir die abschalten. Haben es dan gemeldet an der Rezeption, aber es kam nur ein Sorry. Haben dan die Klima abgeschaltet und das Fenster aufgemacht, denn es war warm und alles hat nach Rauch gestunken. Leider war es auch sehr laut und wir konnten nicht schlafen. Genervt vom Gestank und Lärm haben wir uns entschlossen das Hotel zu verlassen und weiter zu fahren kurz duschen und los. Leider hatten wir im Zimmer kein Wasser mehr kein Tropfen kam aus der Dusche oder aus dem Wasserhahn.
Als wir dan den Lift nehmen wollten nach unten zur Rezeption, war der leider Defekt. Ok kein Problem. Beim Check Out kam leider nur wider ein Sorry sie wisse nicht warum wir kein Wasser haben und warum es nach Rauch stinken würde, aber sie werde es aufschreiben.

La ubicación del hotel ya la conocía. Un hotel situado en la carretera. La relación calidad precio es lamentable. Una habitación pequeña. Colchón durísimo. Sin mesillas. Sin teléfono para contactar con la recepción. La limpieza normal. El aire acondicionado rezumaba agua que caía al suelo. En el baño el gel de la ducha estaba sin rellenar y la mampara era tan corta que tenías que ducharte casi pegado a la pared del grifo para no echar el agua afuera. De hecho , los bajos de la puerta y de los marcos estaban abombados y la puerta del baño no se podía cerrar supongo que por todo el agua que se sale de la ducha.

Después de ducharnos empezamos a escuchar un ruido como corto circuito y avisamos , nos vinieron a ver qué pasaba y no se solucionó. Cada vez era más fuerte y hacía chispas dónde el aire acondicionado.Así 3 veces y nos dijeron que no había otra habitación para cambiarnos hasta que hicimos un vídeo y vieron la gravedad . Nos cambiaron a otra habitación sin aire acondicionado. Esto eran ya las 3:30 AM 4 AM …

Le personnel de la réception et de la piscine était très sympa, les chambre sont spacieux il y a beaucoup de d’activités

La jeune fille de la restauration qui prenait nos commandes est vraiment pas sympa, nous ramène pas nos commandes et fessait passez les autre avant nous trop d attente juste pour un simple vers de jus d’orange et un café
