Eerst bevestiging ontvangen van de booking , verwelkoming via mail door het hotel, uiteindelijk midden in de nacht een annulatie ontvangen door het hotel . Hier kwamen we pas achter aan de receptie van het hotel . Er is geen oplossing gezocht voor ons

Que haya jugado conmigo. Falta de ética y profesionalidad,me han obligado a cancelar mi reserva sobre la hora por sobre ventas...no me han dado ningún tipo de solución...NO LO RECOMIENDO.

There was no food or drinks available from the bar, only via vending machines with limited options.
Room was filthy, cockroach and ants in the room, a really poor location meaning we could not go to a supermarket or restaurant unless via taxi.
The staff were lovely and helpful, about the only positive thing to say.
The superior quadruple room was very convenient for a family of 4 (once we were finally given what we booked, since there was a problem in the system and the employee resisted for a while before he looked for a solution).
We had to really rage to get the right room assigned, what we were given at first was another room category (not what we booked), unviable for us, and on top with broken air conditioning. There was apparently an error in the system and the employee at the reception desk initially said nothing could be done about our room. After a lot of pressure from our side (we were at the point of looking for another hotel) he found another room and it turned out to be what we actually booked. At the date we stayed there the hotel had no breakfast nor bar operational, we had to go to a nearby bakery.

La habitación no tiene una nevera, imagínate tú con sed y no tenes agua para beber fresca o una bebida, , que no hay restaurante, en internet dice que hay restaurante y hace mucho tiempo que no funciona, el local lo están alquilando hace mucho tiempo;, por eso no ofrecen desayuno incluido, si quieres desayunar tendrás que ubicar un sitio para ir. Lo bueno es que te puedes gestionar comida en el supermercado el sclat que te queda a 50 metros caminando.
