The only issue I had is the room did not have a table inside it and the train tracks are right next door so when a train would pass by you definitely hear the horn and the rumbling as well as the vehicles that have loud music or loud exhaust pipes.
It is located in the historic district of Waco, Texas and has a lot of museums as well as shops and restaurants with in walking distance. The Cameron Zoo is only about a 5 minute drive from the hotel.
Very expensive for limited amenities. The AC didn’t keep up all night and the room was very small. Got charged a $25 amenities fee (for taking a bottle of water, I believe). I don’t think we’ll stay here again. There are several other options within walking distance to silos, Baylor.
This is a super cute, small boutique hotel, in downtown Waco. It was centrally located, and I could walk to all of the restaurants I had reservations at. There are cute restaurants and a roof top bar on site. And shops as well. The room I had was small but comfortable. I would totally stay here again! The only thing that can make this place better would be if it had a pool. Their website does note that they have yoga classes, but there was no yoga when I was there. Maybe they’re a website needs to be updated.
Food service was not available upon arrival at 9 pm from either restaurant or the outside bar that they promoted with food and drinks. No ice available from Ice machine on our floor. 3rd
Nice room
Nice location and beautiful room.
Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Such a fun vibe and so clean! Cold air and the best beds and pillows
Great stay. Red Herring restaurant was amazing and Golden Green boutique had such cute clothes! Very convenient location. Magnolia and Dr. Pepper museum right there.
Best restaurant and hotel! Really world class accommodations!
Everything was walking distance
Awesome style and very comfortable beds. Great amenities from sparkling water on tap, snacks, complimentary drink during reception, free parking, and super close proximity to Dr Pepper Museum and Magnolia Silos. Great staff with awesome communication before check in. Cool shops and bar/restaurants on site (some closed Tuesdays). And sme of the most uniquely styled room design I've seen in a modern hotel.
Made of shipping containers. Unique decor. Close to many shopping sites and eateries!
Obsessed with this location. It’s adorable and has a whole fun area to eat, have drinks, shop and relax. Highly recommend.
Rooms are ridiculously small. No closet. No door to bathroom. When you open the door to the hallway, there's a direct view into the doorless open shower. Great restaurant and rooftop bar, but don't stay there.
The coffee maker did not work and there wasn't any creamer. Had to go out for coffee.
Great location, walkable to the best of Waco!
Highlights: great smelling soap/shampoo/conditioner, loved the soft facial towel. The breakfast bar was a nice touch with the best tasting sparkling and still water!
The negatives: the train that passed by in the middle of the night and early morning, the loud air conditioner (but it was very nice and cool!) and going to bed with wet hair because the hairdryer only blew cold air.
The property was great. The location was convenient for Magnolia and several restaurants.
The staff was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are comfortable but the grand prize is the restaurant. The Red Herring was by far the best restaurant in Texas.
Loved this little boutique hotel steps from the Magnolia Silos. Great property restaurants as well.
Nice hotel but different. Cute colors/decorations. No door on shower. Train came thru during the night and was very loud.
