Ich verstehe dass System, trotzdem habe ich Geld verloren, weil es das System gibt.
Pros:

Ich hatte fuer jemanden gebucht, der aber nicht aufgetaucht ist.

Cons:

Da ich über Booking Com gebucht habe, kriegt man dass Geld nicht zurück. Das liegt also nicht an dem Hotel, sondern an Booking com. Hotel ist bestimmt sehr gut
