Toll 😊
Pros:

Toller Pool. Super Pool-Bar mit lecker essen.
Unser Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmer war super. Alles groß und sauber. Viel Stauraum.
Großer Balkon.
Die Küche ausreichend ausgestattet.

Das Personal sehr nett und freundlich und hilfsbereit am meisten ist uns das reinigungspersonal aufgefallen - die Maler nett und lieb, sie haben uns sogar einen extra Tisch gebracht für die Terrasse.

Alles in allem toll. Gute Lage nah am Meer und an roda

Die Mücken waren eine echte Plage in den Zimmern

Good for families/backpackers but loud.
Pros:

Hospitality of the staff, very friendly persons! Always smiling, willing to help for that I would give 10/10! Easy to park- a lot of free space. If you go by car, then it’s a good starting point for many destinations. It was clean, the kitchenett has everything you need. Despite the negatives, it’s a good place for backpackers or if you have a deep sleep ;)

Cons:

It’s not 9/10 place. I would asses it a strong 7-max 8/10. The photos of the place are slightly adjusted. The location- at the very end of the city, theres barely no sidewalk to go on foot to the city. It’s super loud, and by meaning super- SUPER, the object is located near the main road so 24/7 heavy traffic. Balcony is facing that road… you cannot sit there, and you cannot sleep with open balcony doors due to the constant noise. Mosquitos- hundreds, I personally killed like 50 during 4 day stay, I dont know there are so many but it was a big problem for us. There are no mosquito nets in the balcony door nor the kitchen/bathroom windows- so you have two options: cook yourself like in oven with closed all doors/windows or fight with legions of mosquitos ;). BUT at the end- we enjoyed our stay, the main factor was hopsitality of the staff and location of the object- with good transit to many beaches.

Slabe WIFi, nie zamykany prysznic-woda chlapala na łazienkę i nie bylo czym tego sprzątnąć.

Very good experience
Pros:

Clean, bright and well laid out with a great bathroom.

Cons:

Walk into Roda along the main road. Pavement needs improvement, local council need to help with this.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We had a lovely time at Kosmas. It's a family run business which is lovely and everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable. We asked for a baby bed and that was all ready to go when we arrived. There was room service every day which was great. The pool is lovely and the restaurant does good food - good prices too.

Cons:

The wifi was at times a little patchy but not bad at all. The shower sometimes turned from extremely hot to cool. It would be a great improvement if mosquito nets could be added to windows and doors. The day we left there was a planned power cut. It would have been great if we had been told beforehand so we could have planned accordingly (make sure phone was charged, shower, making baby bottles etc...)

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Apartementa-Anlage
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, großer und sauberer Pool mit vielen Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Leckeres und günstiges Essen und Getränke den ganzen Tag über verfügbar. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze vor Ort auf dem Gelände. Preis war insgesamt unschlagbar. Sogar Sonnencreme und After Sun wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Würden immer wieder herkommen.

Cons:

Liegt an einer größeren, vielbefahrenen Strasse, welche man in den hellhörigen Zimmern nachts hört. Hat uns nicht stark gestört und wir haben uns schnell dran gewöhnt. Sensible Menschen sollten vielleicht Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen.
