Kosmas Apartments

In unserem Appartement war die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Küche war nur sehr rudimentär ausgestattet, nah an der Landstraße (dadurch manchmal recht laut)

Sprzęty są już dość zużyte. W aneksie kuchennym zastaliśmy stary zmywak.

Beds are a little hard

No one advises that they have their policies where cleaning is until 10am max so either you sleep or you don’t and get the room cleaned, check out also 10am.

Aircon can’t be left on auto and keep the room fresh, they have the keychain crimped to the tag for the light so it’s means your room will be very hot.

We have chosen this one for swimming pool but the water it’s not clear at all seems fully saturated so our toddler that loves swimming pool didn’t put foot on it, plus swimming pool is cracked broken on the surroundings.

Green space around not cared nor tidy, building itself not in great condition.

* No card available to hang on the door handle to tell if I do or do not want room service today;
* Towels are changed only every 3 days.

Leider fand keine Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern statt. Uns wurde das Apartment aufgeschlossen und der Schlüssel übergeben. Kein wo finde ich was, wann ist was geöffnet, was ist in der Nähe, haben Sie noch irgendwelche Fragen, nichts. Habe ich so schlecht auch noch nicht erlebt!

The aircon was intermittent, even though it was new. The front of the building grounds needs a lot of tlc. Sunbeds are poor, the ones in the picture for the advertisement are only a few, but they're still uncomfortable.. They state no large groups but there was one.

I had someone contact me trying to say I hadn't paid, told them where to go. They straight away saying the number had been hacked....this was a phone number from Brazil. But why would they even state they'd been hacked unless a VPN was being used from Greece. Going to get a tech friend to trace this for me

The walls are very thin, you could hear people talking in the other apartment at night. The apartment is barely equipped, not suitable for self-catering. The pillows were very uncomfortable.The outdoor play area, which was a slide and a small house, was dirty.

Нам дали старые номера , хотя на фото и при бронировании фотографии были из нового корпуса , уборщица не поменяла нам полотенца хотя я ее вежливо попросила и сказала через 3 дня , у нас бронь была на 4 суток и полотенца не поменяли . Поломался душ Мы ждали до вечера след дня замену . Когда на баре была хозяйка и ее муж обслуживание было на высоте, когда сын , это было ужасно , мы решили завтракать в других заведениях , расположение номера очень близко с другим отелем , где играла громко музыка
