Sehr schöner Wellnessaufenthalt mit super Verpflegung

Personal und Essen 10 Punkte, Preis Leistung überragend, Sehr leckeres Essen, Hotel ist sauber.

Cons:

Außenbereich war nicht von Schnee und Eis geräumt. Gerade beim Eingang ist das wichtig.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub - immer wieder gern.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage oberhalb der Kolonnaden, kurze Wege zu Fuß zu allen Attraktionen. Architektonisch gut restauriertes Gebäudeensemle. Komfortable Zimmer ab der Kategorie Superior. Fantastisches Speisenangebot, das keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Cons:

Personal mit der Zimmerreinigung etwas überfordert, wenig durchdachter Plan.

Vybavení hotelu (wellness, posilovna, restaurace, parkování..)

Cons:

Solná jeskyně ( mělo to být místo relaxu a klidu, ale opak byl pravdou, rodiče s brečícíma dětma atd).
