Hotel je v krásné lokalitě. Vybavení i čistota je na velmi vysoké úrovni. Personál ochotný a milý.
Pros:

Měli jsme polopenzi. Jídlo bylo vynikající a velký výběr. Cestoval s námi i malý pejsek, pro kterého hotel připravil úžasné ubytování. Užili jsme si i velmi příjemný wellness. Rozhodně se rádi ještě vrátíme.

Cons:

Nelze naprosto nic vytknout.

Pros:

V hotelu jsme byli už podruhé a opět nezklamal. Super poloha, bazén , vynikající strava a milý personál- to vše přispívá k příjemně stráveného pobytu. Byli jsme opět spokojeni.

Pros:

Das reichhaltige Frühstück mit sehr grosser Auswahl, täglich wechselnde Eiergerichte, Smoothies, tolles Brot, Café war gut, leckere Wurst u Käseauswahl.
Das Zimmer war trotz Hitze gut isoliert, sehr ruhig, man konnte Ruhig schlafen.
Die Lage am oberen Park war sehr schön und alles gut erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkte angestrengt, ein kleines Lächeln war nicht zu erkennen.
Poolbereich war mit Düsen u.Whirlpool gut, aber für ein so grosses Hotel viel zu klein und keine Schallisolierung, Zuwenig Liegen. Saunabereich nur Standard, etwas lieblos. Im Comfort Zimmer hätte ich mir eine bessere Dusche gewünscht, das war sehr einfach u der Brausekopf ließ sich nicht einstellen.

Die Vielfalt und Qualität des Essens (wir hatten Halbpension) war außergewöhnlich. Für ein Vier Sterne Hotel sollte das aber auch so sein.

Čistota poloha

Cons:

Hotel působí jak nemocnice,lázně,geriatrie.Malé neútulné spa. Nehezký bazén.žádný odpočinkový kout.ani lehátka.Strašně moc starých hostů.Hosté Ruského původu.
