Cons:

Beim Abendbuffett waren viele Speisen kalt,die Zimmertüren knallen extrem laut, das Zimmer schön groß aber ungemütlich eingerichtet

Romantický víkend ve dvou
Pros:

Tento hotel jsme si zamilovali už před pár lety při naší první návštěvě a od té doby se do něj pravidelně vracíme.
Je to sázka na jistotu, když si chcete užít opravdu luxusní odpočinkový pobyt s úžasným kulinářským zážitkem pří snídaních a večeřích. K tomu krásný bazén, výřivka a parní sauna v ceně pobytu. Župany a přezuvky jsou na pokoji samozřejmostí.

Cons:

Není si opravdu na co stěžovat. A to jsem ještě nezmínil, že hotel je v úplné blízkosti, cca 3 minuty chůze, lázeňského parku se zpívající fontánou.

Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und guter Qualität, Zimmer mit großem Bad, bequeme Betten, freundliche Mitarbeiter-innen, extreme Sauberkeit überall.

Cons:

Mehr erwartet an Ambiente/Ausstattung/Einrichtung auch speziell im Poolbereich; teilweise müssen mehrere Aufzüge verwendet werden, um Treppen zu vermeiden;

Die Auswahl an Grichten ist sehr reichlich gewesen, es gab für jeden Geschmack was dabei, verschiedene leckere Warmspeisen und Kaltbufffet, sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal lissen keine Wünsche offen. Der Speisesaal samt Einrichtung ist stillvoll und gastfreudlich eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist sauber und gepflegt eingerichtet. Die Wege für verschiedene Anwendungen sind sehr gut erreichbar. Gesamtfazit: kann ich nur weiter emphelen!

Es war schön. Leider hat das Niveau innerhalb eines Jahres nachgelassen.
Pros:

Sauberkeit und Ordnung waren exzellent.

Cons:

Die Damen an der Rezeption waren arrogant und unfreundlich. Das Essen war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Leider war es die gesamte Zeit nur lauwarm.

Egy mesés szálloda,csodálatos környezetben

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet.A reggeli és a vacsora is nagyon ízletes és választékos. A wellness rész is minden igényt kielégítő.

Cons:

A garázs gyalogosan pár percre volt.Ez egy pici kényelmetlenség.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Das Haus verfügt über sehr gutes Personal … sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und serviceorientiert mit sehr guten Sprachkenntnissen.
Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass das Haus über ein modernes, serviceorientiertes Management verfügt. Der Gast steht im Mittelpunkt.
Hunde sind herzlich willkommen und die Gebühr für Hunde entspricht dem aktuellem Niveau in gut geführten Häusern. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und komfortabel; besonders für unseren Berner Sennenhund war ausreichend Platz.
Kulinarisch kann es das Haus durchaus mit einem 5-Sterne Haus aufnehmen. Alles war frisch und sehr gut zubereitet.
Es werden vielfältige Kuranwendungen angeboten, die wir gern bei unserem nächsten Besuch ausprobieren werden.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzsituation ist umständlich; für Reisende in der Bäderregion Karlovy Vary und Márianské Lázně jedoch bekannt und nicht überraschend und für die geologische Situation nachvollziehbar und ok.
