Pros:

Прекрасный отель с лучшим персоналом!Чистота везде,отзывчивый,дружелюбный персонал,решают все вопросы,заселили даже раньше времени заселения!Каждый вечер музыкальные и танцевальные мероприятия!Еда разнообразная,и диетическая,и обычная,и для деток всё есть.Расположение удачное,рядом колоннада с минеральной водой,парк для прогулок,кафе,магазины!Отличный бассейн,вода в нём теплая,а джакузи вообще огонь!Были и в другом отеле ранее,тоже всё хорошо,но в этот хочется вернуться!Благодарим за чудесный отдых!

Bemerkenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal, in allen Abteilungen, Spa und Therapien/Anwendungen 5 * , sehr sauber und alle absolut freundlich, kompetent und nach den Wünschen der Gäste ausgelegt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Als Hotel der 4-Sterne-Kategorie akzeptabel.
Pros:

Buffet-Essen war preiswert und vielfältig, aber durch langes Warmhalten nicht immer ansehnlich und formstabil. Die Zimmer weisen den Standard eines gut bürgerlichen Hotels auf, nicht den eines Grandhotels.
Lobby-Bar mit gutem Angebot, teils mit mehrsprachigem freundlichem Personal.

Cons:

Service-Personal spricht meist nur Tschechisch, Deutsch müsste nicht sein, aber Englisch sollte erwartet werden. Dame an der Rezeption bei der Ankunft unfreundlich, dann komentarlos verschwunden. Hausdiener mürrisch.

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt in diesem Hotel und kommen wieder.
Pros:

Super Frühstück! Lage gut! Eben am Berg, aber okay!

Cons:

Die Betten sehr hart und noch schlimmer die Kissen. Man liegt wie auf einem Stein, konnte sehr schlecht schlafen.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr guter Verpflegung und schönen Zimmern aber mit Einschränkungen in der Barrierefreiheit
Pros:

Sehr Zentral, freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen und saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Die vielen Treppenstufen im Hotel in fast jedem Flur sind für ältere Menschen ab 90 Jahren schwierig. Ich hätte es mir Barrierefreier gewünscht.

В общем целом мы остались очень довольны и проживанием и питанием и процедурами.

завтраки нам очень понравились. всё было вкусно разнообразно. и глазу было очень приятно.

нет такого. мы порекомендовали всем нашим друзьям и знакомым останавливаться именно в этом отеле.
