Pros:

Prostran apartman,koji je izuzetno cist. Gazda veoma ljubazan. Pogotovu sto smo imali problem sa kolima, a on nam je i vise nego pomogao. Ima mesta i za parkiranje auta. Sve preporuke.

Appartamento molto pulito e ombreggiato.
Pros:

La pulizia dell'appartamento era impeccabile, una comoda canna dell'acqua all'esterno per sciacquare maschere e oggetti da mare. Il terrazzino ombreggiato per fare colazione ecc. La posizione vicino alla spiaggia e ai vari minimarket e servizi.

Cons:

La scarsa attrezzatura in cucina era adatta a una coppia ma non a una famiglia di quattro persone dove realmente utilizzano la cucina. Esempio: solo 2 bicchieri, 2 tazze. Non c'erano coltelli un po' grossi per affettare le verdure. Mancava un piano d'appoggio mentre si cucina.

Very noisy, could hear when someone unlock their door, wake up etc…
Very very noisy door of the bathroom.
Hard bed.
Hot water pressure in the bathroom was very weak.

Местоположението е прекрасно, както и самата къща

Cons:

В апартамента с двете стаи трябва да се оправят вратите на банята и вратата между двете стаи. Всичко останало беше чудесно.

La posizione

Cons:

Le prime 2 notti abbiamo avuto un grosso problema, dovuto a un fortissimo odori di liquami, dato dallo svuotamento del serbataio biologico, che non era interrato ma sistemato nel cortile comune dietro a delle ante dove avevavamo accesso diretto e dove si raggiungegeva un tavolo (unico tavolo della appartamento). Dopo una mia richiesta l'host ci ha cambiato sistemazione e ci siamo sistemati al 1 piano.
Bisogna dire che tutti gli appartamenti necessitano di una ristrutturazione completa. In entrambi, funzionava solo una luce in bagno, gli asciugamani bianchi erano molto duri e graffianti, gli infissi hanno bisogno di una ristrutturazione, in una camera con 2 letti non c'era la tenda, non c'erano abbastanza posate per quattro persone, le lenzuola sul letto matrimoniale coprivano a malapena il materasso, l'aria condizionata era inutilizzabile, il wi-fi funzionava a singhiozzi. In allegato invio le fato dove potete stabilire, le condizioni della casa. Ho segnalato a Booking la sistemazione e riferito come con l'host le cose che non andavano, chiedendo almeno un rimborso parziale

Pros:

The location of the property is great. It’s close to the beach and close to one of the main supermarkets in the town. There’s also a good gyro place nearby.
The apartment was clean.
There weren’t any issues with the apartment.
The stovetop and the AC unit were in great condition.
Large balcony available to use.
You can park either inside the property or just outside of it on multiple places.

Cons:

Value for money ratio could be improved.
Some parts of the kitchenware didn’t seem to be in best condition.

summer escape 2025
Pros:

it was a very nice vacation overall.
what we absolutely loved:
- location close to beaches
- big room
- very sturdy bed
- very comfortable bed mattresses and pillows (we like hard beds and hard pillows, can't sleep on anything else.)
- the kitchen is very functional, everything worked as expected. Even the sound of the refrigerator was soothing.
- nice terrace (triple room with garden view).
- very nice and functional window. loved it.

I will not write anything bad because I absolutely loved our vacation overall but:

- The interior door are out of this world. Like, really. They don't build them like they used to. The difference between the apartment door and no door at all is the door material, the key & key lock.
- Bathroom door we kept it open all the time but it was also OK because we're family.
