Pros:

ubicacion, vista al mar inmejorable, amplitud, decoracion y muy bien equipado.

Cons:

Uno de los baños no tiene agua fria en el lavatorio y la ducha no funciona.

El balance fue positivo. Lo mejor la ubicación y terraza. Fuimos 8 días 4 adultos. Ojalá volvamos
Pros:

Cercanía al mar. Está en primera línea de playa con acceso directo a la misma. Servicio de reposeras en la playa. Bien equipado para cocinar. A 10 minutos de supermercado Publix. Excelente la terraza propia para descansar o cenar. Muy Cómodo. Fuimos 4 adultos. Preparado para niños también. Cama y ducha muy buena. Todo muy bien

Cons:

No llegaba el aire acondicionado a habitación principal y menos al baño. Nos bañábamos con la puerta abierta. A veces nos falló la cerradura electrónica. En mi opinión le faltaría un poquito de mantenimiento.

The issues did not take away from the fact that the price was great for location & view
Pros:

The view and the sound of the waves

Cons:

We found the unit not very clean and my wife cleaned every day.
Also the second bedroom's bed good for kids but not proper for 2 adults.
If this is the case maybe a sofa couch as an extra bed.

Great time at the Pavilion, great place to stay in Miami. Excellent facilities.
Pros:

Very nice apartment. Well maintained and clean. Nice pool. Nice beach. Valet parking. Would definitely recommend.
