Für mich das beste Hotel Islands: tolles Frühstück, idealer Ort
Pros:

Ich fahre schon seit einigen Jahren ins Fosshotel nach Reykholt und komme immer wieder gerne zurück.
Frühstück super für Island. Wirklich perfekt.
Zimmer sauber.
SPA-Bereich wunderbar.
Personal auch sehr freundlich.

Frúin mín átti afmæli og við komuna inní herbergi var kaka fyrir ana og persónulegt kort...virkilega næs..flott spa aðstaða, frábær kvöldverður...Mættum svo óvart seint í morgunverðinn næsta morgun vegna misskilings..fengum samt aðgang og var haldið opnu fyrir okkur sem var geggjað.

Cons:

barinn í spa inu var ekki opinn, og var ekki mikið verið að tékka þangað, en ég gat farið upp og náð í drykki og farið með niður...að öðru leyti var allt til fyrirmyndar og munum örugglega gista þarna aftur í framtíðinni.

Great stop along the Ring road
Pros:

Very friendly staff and a nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is in a very good location close to nice sites to visit - Hraunfossar waterfalls, Vidgelmir cave, Deildartunguhver springs. Around the hotel there is a forest where you can walk. We saw the Northern lights from there (no planned trips or guides, just a short walk and luck with the weather) and it was amazing.

Alles ruhig und entspannt. Nettes und zurückhaltendes Personal
Pros:

Frühstück super, ruhig.

Cons:

Uns fehlten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um Verpflegung für die Tagestouren oder auch abds nach Rückkehr z.B. n belegtes Brötchen o.ä. Zu kaufen. Nicht jeder kann tgl ins Restaurant und essen gehen. Der kleine Laden bei der Zapfsäule hatte geschlossen. In dem Ort haben wir sonst nicht gefunden. Und auf unserer tagesroute gab es lange nichts ohne Umwege in Kauf zu nehmen. Viell könnte da das Hotel etwas mehr anbieten - n kleinen Shop/kiosk z.B. oder anderes. Sonst aber alles gut.

住到得房間會漏水，工作人員有處理且願意幫我們換房型，處理態度值得讚許！房間整體來說很乾淨且很明亮，所以很喜歡！

Fantastic experience in Reykholt!
Pros:

The staff was so kind and friendly. The facility is beautiful, clean and well maintained, which feels special in such a "remote area". The hotel's proximity to the Snorri Sturluson museum, which gives so much explanation to the importance of the Reykholt area for the history of Iceland, and the sites around Reykholt were a bonus. We also rode horses at Sturlureykir horse farm nearby, and did the Into the Glacier tour. Both were amazing experiences! We used the amazing hotel spa and looked forward to the amazing breakfast spread everyday. We ate at the restaurant twice in the evening, which was excellent as well. Our stay at Fosshotel felt elevated and truly relaxing and immersive.
