Pros:

De wellness faciliteiten waren top.

Cons:

De eerste kamer had geen staande douche en de nieuwe kamer werd extreem warm. Pas de laatste dag kwamen we erachter dat er veel warmte uit de badkamer kwam. Ook na het melden werd er niet echt een oplossing gegeven. In de winter natuurlijk geen probleem maar in de zomer waar de nachten toch al zwoel zijn, was het vrij onaangenaam ‘s nachts.

Cons:

Keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit da es kein Telefon gibt sprich die Hauptnummer die im Internet angeführt ist gibt es nicht mehr. Personal hat in Frage gestellt warum wir sie telefonisch erreichen wollen wenn es eh eine email gibt ??!!! Das ist für mich kein 4 Sterne Hotel . Sehr wenig Information an der Rezeption

Cons:

das Restaurant hat ab 20:30 keine warme Küche mehr, aber man kann einen Tisch zu dieser Uhrzeit buchen,
der Naturpool war nicht ganz so einladend, aber sehr schön gestaltet

MOAHOF is een prachtige, stijlvolle accommodatie waar werkelijk aan ieder detail is gedacht, maar het is vooral de uitzonderlijke gastvrijheid van de host die het verblijf onvergetelijk maakt. De persoonlijke aandacht, snelle communicatie en oprechte bereidheid om overal bij te helpen, zorgen ervoor dat je je vanaf het eerste moment bijzonder welkom voelt. Een absolute aanrader waar service en gastvrijheid nog écht vanuit het hart komen – wat ons betreft een dikke 10!
