Lovely hotel with great facilities and breakfast but let down by lack of staff.
Pros:

Spacious, clean and a great location. We liked that cleaning was not routine every day and only on request which felt more sustainable and environmentally friendly. There was a great breakfast choice and the breakfast restaurant was very nice. The staff that were there were great and worked hard.

Cons:

On arrival we were simply told to collect a key from a board, there was no welcome or briefing from any staff. We spent the first couple of days trying to work out where things were and generally how the hotel operated. There wasn’t even info in the rooms on this. We did not know the restaurant opening hours for example.

The hotel is run on minimal staff. In the spa there was no evidence of staff to tidy up towels or mop up excess water. In the afternoon and evening the reception staff also cover the bar, leading to delays in being served.
There is no snacks or afternoon tea unlike other similar hotels( as far as we could tell given lack of information). The bar selection was a bit limited.
The restaurant only had one server doing everything. He did a good job but it didn’t feel particularly relaxed. In contrast we also ate at Omii, in the sister hotel across the road. This was well staffed and quite a different experience.

Besonders ist sicher, dass sich die Eigentümer-Familie kümmert, wenn man etwas benötigt. Sie führen das Hotel mit Herz und Seele über mehrere Generationen mit viel Enthusiasmus. Einmalig gutes Frühstück. Klasse und sehr großes Spa. Parken einfach. Gute Lage zum Ski-Lift.
