Enjoyable stay at lovely hotel in vibrant area
Pros:

Voyagers hotel is just a few minutes walk to the main train station which makes it very convenient when arriving from the airport. It's centrally located in a busy and vibrant area, and also has a lovely coffee shop. The staff are very friendly, professional and courteous. They immediately offered us coffee upon arrival. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable.

We needed to get to the cruise terminal the next day. It's only 2 km away but would not have been able to walk for 20 minutes with luggage and it's too short a distance for regular taxis. Hotel staff kindly suggested calling a bicycle taxi and recommended to us Iambiketaxi.com that was super helpful. We appreciated their help and enjoyed a fun ride in a bike taxi. Our taxi driver was very friendly and helpful as well.

The Voyagers hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a good restaurant just across the narrow street overlooking the canal. We thanked hotel staff for their recommendation and enjoyed our breakfast there. There are also lots of other restaurants within walking distance. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Cons:

We did not like the somewhat steep and narrow stairs to our room but it was manageable with railings on both sides. Staff kindly carried our luggage up the stairs. There is no elevator or ground level rooms so we got a room on the first floor to minimize taking stairs. People with mobility issues need to request rooms on the first floor to avoid going up further flights of stairs.

Situé près de la gare

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un hôtel mais un Koffee shop qui a des chambres. L'odeur est donc très désagréable. L'accès aux chambres se fait par un escalier raide et étroit voire dangereux.
La chambre était moyennement propre ( trace sur les fenêtres et les murs, poussière, porte de la salle de bain abîmée par l'humidité...)
La salle de bain n'est pas du tout fonctionnelle : aucun rideau ne protège la douche donc la salle de bain et les toilettes son systématiquement inondés à chaque douche sans mise à disposition de raclette. Pas de mise à disposition de shampoing et le gel douche proposé n'est pas individuel.
Il n'y a aucun équipement dans la chambre : pas de placard ou de cintre pour disposer ses affaires ( uniquement un porte manteau)pas de meuble pour poser sa valise, pas de table de nuit, pas de sèche-cheveux, les serviettes sont usées.
La literie n'est pas confortable.
Il est difficile de circuler dans la chambre vu sa taille et les murs arrondis.
L'isolation phonique est insuffisante : nuisances de la rue et de l'hôtel. Et la lumière de l'escalier passe à travers la porte.
Il n'y a pas de petit-déjeuner proposé.
Le personnel n'est pas particulièrement avenant.
L'emplacement est dans un quartier sale et peu sécurisant.
Le prix est excessif par rapport aux prestations inexistantes.

Nice place to stay in city center
Pros:

It is in the city center, our room was onthe 3d floor with the view to the cannal. Everything is very close.

Cons:

Narrow stairs with no lift, it can be loud in the evening from the parties outside.

Pros:

Great hotel in the heart of Amsterdam! If you want to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere, the location is perfect. It’s situated in one of the liveliest neighborhoods, with a famous coffeeshop on the ground floor and countless bars, restaurants, and attractions just a short walk away.

Despite being in such a busy area, the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. A great choice for anyone who wants to be in the center of Amsterdam’s nightlife and unique culture.

Super leuk en schoon hotelletje
Pros:

Voor ons is de locatie perfect, de kamers zijn nieuw, netjes en schoon. En het personeel/eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk. Dit was onze 3e keer en we gaan hier zeker terugkomen.

Cons:

Er is niets tegen gevallen maar ik heb wel 2 tips, een klein lampje op het nachtkastje en een passpiegel aan de muur dat zou het nog beter maken.

Overally great stay i always stay at voyagers when available due to convenience and location.
Pros:

Location of property is absolutely spot on directly across from central station clean spacious rooms.

Cons:

1 little bad thing the room i was in room 1 when you have the shower on the drain backs up abit and basically floods the bathroom.
