Please note that one child up to 5 years old can stay for free if sleeping on the same bed as their parents. Furthermore, only one per unit is accepted.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

É nossa segunda hospedagem no hotel e gostamos bastante do atendimento de toda equipe e organização. Café da manhã impecável com muita variedade e reposições frequentes para ficar bem a vontade. O atendente Michel muito simpatico e de prontidão para auxiliar.

Cons:

Acho que para ficar ainda melhor seria bom colocar a hidromassagem com agua quente ao inves de ser da piscina, e acrescentar yogurte grego no café da manhã para ficar perfeito.

Quarto bem limpinho , a cordialidade do pessoal da cozinha maravilho, O Adriano então uma pessoa que trabalha feliz , é muito agradável com os clientes, nota 10 pra ele.

Estadia boa com pontos de melhoria
Pros:

Qualidade do quarto, café da manhã, atendimento dos funcionários Alex que fica no estacionamento colaborador sempre de ótimo humor e prestativo aos hóspedes além de dar as dicas importantes da rede Paradiso e também do funcionário Jardel do restaurante muito atencioso e prestativo aos hóspedes.

Cons:

A recepção de chegada demorou e com pontos de atenção apenas no que os hóspedes podem fazer errado como uso de toalhas e não deu as dicas de uso da rede Paradiso no Pêro, outro ponto é ter que mostrar o cartão que já foi efetuada a compra e o que precisa melhorar é o fato de o cartão bloquear toda vez que saímos do hotel e acaba que a culpa vem para o hóspede que falam que colocamos com outro cartão e isso não aconteceu. Limpeza no dia 2 não ocorreu até as 14h ficando sem realizar.
