Für Familien (Kinder 9/11/13 Jahre) zu empfehlen
Pros:

Sehr familienfreundlich; sehr nett zu Kindern; angenehmer Spa Bereich; ein Teil auch mit Kindern nutzbar; wenige Minuten von der Gondel mit dem Auto; dort waren genügend Parkplätze; Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine gute Auswahl an regionalen Produkten - es wird generell auf Produkte aus der Region Wert gelegt; mehrgängiges Dinner und kleine Stärkung am Nachmittag

Hervorragendes Essen und toller Spa, aber Enttäuschung beim Zimmer
Pros:

Wir durften das vergangene Wochenende im Outside verbringen und hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind das Essen und die Gastronomie – diese waren hervorragend. Man merkt sofort, dass der Geschäftsführer mit viel Herzblut dabei ist. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, und auch Getränke sowie Wein werden kompetent und mit grossem Fachwissen serviert. Ein wahrer Könner seines Fachs.
Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, gepflegt und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Diesen können wir wärmstens empfehlen.

Cons:

Leider waren wir vom Zimmer enttäuscht. Wir hatten ein Bergzimmer gebucht, erhielten jedoch ein Familienzimmer mit einer sehr hellhörigen Zwischentüre. Man hört jedes Geräusch vom Zimmernachbarn, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt.
Im Badezimmer fanden wir ein schmutziges Handtuch vor. Die Duschbrause war stark verkalkt und ebenfalls schmutzig. Zudem waren noch Haare vom Vormieter im Lavabo vorhanden. Der Lavabo Stössel sollte regelmässiger gereinigt werden, und auch unter dem Brillenrand wäre eine gründlichere Kontrolle wichtig.
Fazit:
Essen, Ambiente und Spa sind sensationell. Die Zimmer hingegen – zumindest jenes, das wir hatten – konnten leider nicht überzeugen. Deshalb können wir das Hotel nur bedingt weiterempfehlen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, würden wieder kommen :)
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Kulinarisch top, haben gut gegessen (Frühstücksbuffet war mein persönlicher Favorit). Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Die Lage mitten in Matrei ist ebenfalls von Vorteil.

Cons:

Obwohl uns das Zimmer sehr gut gefallen hat, müssen wir leider sagen, dass das Bett eine Katastrophe war… haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Eventuell mal die Matratzen austauschen…

Pros:

Persönlicher Atmosphäre. Gute Lage. Sehr Freundliches Personal Frühstück überschaubar, aber absolut ausreichend. Es gab sogar Filterkaffee! 🙂 Zusätzlich zum Buffet konnte man auch von der Frühstückskarte etwas bestellen.

He was knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, and his warmth added a personal touch to our stay.
Overall, Naturhotel Outside offers a perfect combination of comfort, elegance, and connection with nature. I left feeling completely refreshed and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious alpine retreat.
