Pros:

El desayuno y el barman

Cons:

1. La ubicación. Las fotos no reflejan la realidad; inducen a engaño.
Parece que está ubicado en un entorno natural y realmente es un edificio de 4 plantas en una calle del pueblo, con un jardín trasero donde está la piscina y que da a lo que parece una instalación industrial con techo de metal; las vistas de las habitaciones dan hacia ese techo.
La habitación es carísima poniéndolo en relación con los otros hoteles encantadores donde nos hospedamos en nuestro viaje por Austria.
2. Nos cambiaron la hora del vuelo de vuelta a casa y tuvimos que cancelar la última noche para pernoctar en Viena. Lo hablé con el director y después del desayuno me atendió una recepcionista diciendo que nos cargaban la noche (550€) porque estaban en temporada alta. Incierto porque el hotel no tenía gran ocupación.
Le expuse mi malestar y el director fue incapaz de salir a dar una explicación.

Profi és tiszta!
Pros:

Nagyon szép tiszta volt. Modern volt minden. A parkolás fedett. Volt lift. A reggel bóséges és friss volt.

Cons:

Egy lakoaztályhoz kép3st a TV egy régi vacak volt. Se Netflix se Youtube elérés nem volt.
A vacsora ami feláras volt norzasztó volt. Szinte ehetetlen kategóri. Ezért egy forintot nem szabad adni. Második este már elmentünk egy étterembe hiába volt kifizetve a azálláson a vacsora.

Cons:

Ci vorrebbe un po più di cura lato colazione e dolci nella cena. Più cura e attenzione nel rifacimento delle camere con attenzione alla sostituzione degli asciugamani, accappatoi e lenzuola

Von Beginn an fühlten wir uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen, umsorgt vom überaus freundlichen Personal, verwöhnt mit ausgezeichnetem Essen vom köstlichen Frühstücksbuffet bis zum außergewöhnlichen Dinner und konnten den einzigartigen Wellnessbereich genießen. Wir kommen sicher wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Una Suite in un 4 stelle S dovrebbe essere più curata con almeno un frigobar con acqua.
Poca scelta nel buffet dei dolci. Molto deludente.
Di 4 piscine non una valida....o sono con acqua fredda o buie o piccole.
Non ci tornerei sicuramente.

Fantastic mountain hiking but the hotel did not meet my expectations.
Pros:

I enjoyed hiking.

Cons:

The room was hot. There was no lake although we selected and paid for a room with mountain, pool and lake view. Breakfast was pre-seated so we sat far away from the window in the empty restaurant unable to enjoy the mountain view during breakfast and where not offered the option to change table for a better view.

Enormt flot placering. Flotte og lækre facilliteter. Dejlig mad og skønt og nærværende personale

Cons:

Vi besøgte hotellet i en varm sommeruge og manglede en aircondition. Det er samlet set, det eneste vi savnede

In comparison with other hotels in Austria it was at the upper end of expensive
Pros:

Loved all the wood features in the Hotel. The view from the room was stunning. The staff were delightful, and the breakfast first class. The gesture of a little pot of home made jam was appreciated, however with only hand luggage it wouldn’t have been possible to take it home.

Cons:

The bathroom was tiny and felt claustrophobic. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the pillow content was non-existent and could do with being replaced.
