The staff made a good hotel in a good location, a great hotel and stay.
Pros:

Excellent Staff on front desk during check-in, extremely helpful. Loved the location, the bed was one of the best I've slept in for years, the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Gute Lage mit Geschäften, Bars und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Metrostationen sind auch gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

Der Pool istt sehr klein. Sieht man aber auch auf den Bildern also kein echter Minuspunkt. Zum Baden kann man ans Meer.

En arrivant, toilettes qui fuient dans la chambre
WiFi non fonctionnel dans la chambre durant le séjour, ce qui était très pénalisant dans notre cas
La piscine qui n'est accessible que sur réservation et compte tenu du peu de nombre de places, autant dire qu'elle ne l'était pas ....
Le personnel même si aimable, n'est simplement incompétent (et ayant l'habitude d'établissement 4*, je pèse la portée de mes propos).
Les anecdotes sont nombreuses, jusqu'au jeune serveur qui prend les commandes mais qui oublie de les commander en cuisine, expliquant qu'il avait compris que l'on lui demandait juste comment étaient préparés les desserts...
Enfin, l'établissement est noté 4* sur le site de booking, alors que rien indique qu'il le soit vraiment.

Ideal pour visiter Athènes
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, proche d’un métro qui va dans le centre en 2 stations. Des restaurants sont à proximité de l’hôtel ( je vous conseille celui à l’angle de la rue en sortant à droite) . Les chambres sont grandes, et tout est très propre. De l’eau filtrée à disposition. Les partis communes sont agréables et une petite salle de sport bien équipée.
Bon petit dej avec tout ce qu’il faut.
Et le personnel est très sympathique 👍🏻.
Il y a une petite piscine sur le rooftop mais il faut réserver et consommer sinon il faut payer . Le bar du rooftop est aussi très sympa et bien décoré, je vous conseille d’aller y jeter un œil.
Et point important : un climatisation silencieuse !

Cons:

Une grande artère avec beaucoup de trafic mais on n’entendait pas grand chose, une fois la fenêtre fermée.

Amazing memories in Athens. If you are visiting in August be warned it is hot.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly providing as much advice as needed. For a stop over location it’s too far from airport about 40 mins on blue Metro line.

Cons:

The location is not central. Approx 30/40 minute walk providing limited to no shade.

Breakfast was cold and repetitive.

Don’t pay extra for a balcony it’s not worth it.

Готель чистий, навіть дуже! Вдячні за теплий прийом. Співробітники готелю допомогли з парковкою, бо паркінг неймовірно маленький)) Номер дуже зручний. Все необхідне в ньому було. Паркомісце було в наявності.
