Cons:

La respuesta del encargado fue sumamente grosera cuando solicité el cambio de toallas para el tercer día. Me contestó: “ESTO NO ES UN HOTEL DE 5 ESTRELLAS”. Al momento de realizar la reserva, tenía claro que no se trataba de un establecimiento de lujo, pero tampoco era un albergue benéfico que justificara la falta de atención en este aspecto.
