Nos brindaron un upgrade de cortesía, excelente el dpto, syper equipado y todo el.personal muy amable. Tuvimos un contratiempo con unos tickets y ellos gentilmente nos resolvieron el problema.

Muy recomendable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable y con recepción las 24 hs, cómodo y con limpieza diaria. Excelente el tour que organizan por toda la isla con George. Realmente nos sentimos muy bien

Todo nos gustó, sólo como sugerencia se podría agregar un microondas en el departamento

Best staff EVER
Pros:

Lefkas (i'm sorry, wrong spelling) Was just a wonderful caring man who would do anything to help. His staff were exceptionally good, friendly and helpful.
On arrival we were offered coffee while Lefkis (wrong spelling again! Sorry) showed us on a map where things were and answered our questions. Mohamid handled our bags and help out wherever needed aand was always on hand. Popi handled the office and all of our online questions and bookings.
We booked a island tour (10.30-9pm) and george was a wonderful guide for the day. We also booked transfers which went very smoothly.
Cannot recomend enough. It was a wonderful stay!

Pros:

La struttura è molto comoda a tutto e il soggiorno è risultato piacevole. Lo staff è sempre molto cordiale :). Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

Cons:

Un piccolo appunto sulla pulizia, già riscontrato in un'altra stanza della medesima struttura: il piatto doccia non è abbastanza pulito ed è presente calcare scuro e una patina che risulta molto scivolosa.
La testata del letto in stoffa è macchiata.

I would like to stay again during my next visit!! Very satisfying choice!!
Pros:

Very clean, quiet and close to a supermarket and the center of Fira. The staff was very friendly. An electric kettle and free coffee - tea bags and a bottle of mineral water were available in the room. They replaced the coffee bags the next day. I was able to leave my luggage at the reception area the last day since I had a late flight home.

Cons:

A chair inside the room is needed. There is only a stool available.

Cómodo hotel en el centro de santorini
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado en Santorini. Muy lindo decorado y cómodo para ir caminando al centro. El personal fue súper amable en todo momento y nos permitieron dejar las valijas luego del check out.

Cons:

Teníamos el lavamanos del baño en la habitación lo que era un poco incómodo y dejaba poco espacio para poner las valijas.

Great place even Greater People 😍
Pros:

Wektarios was such a nice man we arrived at 2 am and he gave us a drink and still took time to talk to me and my twinboys. The tour with the bus was also great we met an American couple and they were so nice. Everything was great, the service the tour, the room, the hygiëne, the location but above all the People who work here ate the nicest! Thank you so so much for everything Wektarios (i hope i spell your name correct)
