Booking.com team, Please delete the previous comment. As this is more accurate.

I had reservation and on the day I sent message saying I would be arriving between 18 and 19h. They replied saying the place was full and that I should cancel.I asked for explanation, they didn't bother replying.
I am a woman travelling solo, if I hadn't contacted them, I would arrive there at night and realize I have no place to stay. As they didn't care checking how many reservations they had and that they should inform the guest. Not even an apology.
