Excellent stay in Mostar, Bosnia
Pros:

Hotel Kapetanovina was a very pleasant surprise, is a boutique hotel right in the heart of Mostar, just a few minutes from the Old Bridge. Property is in excellent condition, bed very comfortable and very clean. The staff was more than attractive and happy to help, specially Sadina a very loving and friendly front desk attendant. Breakfast was good with everything we wanted available.

Location is very closer to mostar bridge. The staff, especially at reception, are very friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok yardımseverdi.Otelle ilgili gerekli bilgilendirmeleri hemen yaptılar. Oda direk olarak Mostar köprüsüne bakıyordu,sabah oraya bakarak uyanmak çok güzeldi.Odalar genel olarak temizdi.Kahvaltı fazlasıyla yeterliydi.

Amazing location, great staff, great stay in Mostar
Pros:

First time in Mostar and at Hotel Kapetanovina and we would return! The best part was the staff; they were all incredibly kind and gracious and made our stay more enjoyable. The location can't be beat...you are literally steps away from the Stari Most bridge and the Old Town. Rooms and beds were more spacious than we expected, which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was good, with many homemade items, and eggs and coffee were made to order, which was lovely. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cons:

Parking was difficult to find, as it isn't included in the stay, and was only available for a fee everywhere we went. That could just be how Mostar is and not necessarily something specific to the Hotel.

Wonderful
Pros:

Everything ! From the staff, hospitality, bedding, toilet and breakfast. Wonderful experience. Oh and the view from my room? Splendid. Cant thank Sadina and Irvana for their great hospitality through out my stay.
