It was good experience overall.
Pros:

From Services of Check In to Check Out, Luggage Handling, Security, everything and everyone was Humble and appreciable.

Cons:

Wifi was very slow, slower than penguines. And when you are tired of long distance travel, and if room is very comfortable, but wifi is slower than that hampers a little bit.

I am saying this because no wifi is better than slow wifi. We can think about certain other options to do, to think other than going for wifi.

Second Thing was whatever we want to order from the menu that was provided whilst scanning the QR code in our room and we try to order, everytime that person in lady used to say, "Sorry Sir, yeh toh Nahi bann sakta, Sorry Mam, woh abhi possible hi nahi hai".

Then why that god damn thing is made available in the menu.

At last we have to go out for some dinner.

Please mark this point that we had called during the available time for the restaurants i.e. from 7 to 10 pm.

The worst!

DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR YOUR PARENTS! This is the worst hospitality and stay ever experienced. We booked the suite for 3 people - to senior citizens and an adult. Let me begin with the housekeeping, worst service they provide 2 bottles as complimentary and it was already in the evening and they had requested for additional bottles and guest what does the receptionist says - once you finish your two bottles then they can provide for more! What the hell is this kinda service? When you book a suite you are expected to get atleast a place thats liveable the bedsheets were TORN! SLIPPERS were not given after multiple times of asking they provided! Breakfast was so poor in taste, dinner there was uncooked! The JET SPRAY was so powerful it was not in the state to be used!

THE FIRST TIME WE BOOKED (OVER THREE WEEKS BACK WE HAD A DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE) BUT THIS SECOND TIME THE HOTEL COSTED SO MUCH FOR THE NIGHT AND THE SERVICE AND UPKEEP WAS NOT EVEN WORTH 3K A NIGHT!

Cons:

The food quality was very poor. The cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards expected for the room tariff. Additionally, the towel provided by the hotel was in very bad condition and not suitable for guest use.
