I liked everything about the hotel, especially food and SPA
Staff are all genuinely attentive. Location excellent. Nice quiet, classy vibe - nice change from the hustle and bustle at the Stanglwirt. Food was top class. Good at catering to special requests.
The Spa could be better. 1. The tiles are lethal - they seem to have forgotten to order non-slip tiles. 2. The rooftop pool would be amazing if it were heated properly. It’s apparently 32 but it’s way too cold to enjoy.
Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels. Nettes Personal.
Alles bestens!
When you say fantasy hotel... this is the hotel!!! The restaurant staff in particular (our waiter, whose name I don't remember exactly, was probably from Slovenia) was so nice and helpful, the food was excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amazing dinner!!!! There are no such talented chefs, each dish was a real work of art. The staff was really cordial, nice and interested. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed it so much that we will come again, especially on our next trip. Thank you very much for everything.
There's nothing not to like. ❤️❤️❤️
Great staff! Amazing location! Great atmosphere in the restaurant!
Great hotel. Luxurious and relaxing. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Great facilities, when they were open. Hotel definitely has a luxury feel, while also feeling relaxed and none pretentious. While children cant go into the main spa / outdoor infinity pool, they have a great fun pool downstairs, along with a spa that they can use, which we actually found better, as we mostly had it to ourselves.
Room had a touch of class, with a stunning view and balcony out the ski slopes and mountains beyond. Ski in / ski out was exactly that, although you need to be able to ski a steep bit of red in and out.
Bathroom had proper drying radiator and plenty of room to move around and store clothes, etc.
Half-board food was amazing. Both breakfast and dinner were part buffet, part menu, with a genuine touch of fine dining class in the menu. After last few years of buffet only style breakfast and dinner while skiing, it was a welcome change. Both children and adult breakfast & dinner menu were something quite special and varied. Also happy to cater to special requests.
Could be clearer introduction to what facilities there are, where they are located in hotel and opening and closing times. We had to work all of this out ourselves with some trial and error. Children disappointed to miss the PurPur spa the first night as we didn’t know it shut at 6.45pm, and to find the pool / table football room was locked as they didn’t know it was locked at 10pm. Also to be told the Purpur Spa wasn’t opening on second night, which seemed to be more about the spa staff could not be bothered, as they were told to put it on when I asked at reception, but by that time it was too late for it to warm up properly.
It felt rushed every evening after skiing to get to the swimming pool and spa, and then be out by 7pm. Especially if you were on the last run back to the hotel at 5.30 pm.
Despite offering that they can provide a choice of 7 different pillows, they could only could find a single pillow of any type when we asked for an extra pillow.
Thought charging €4.50 for a jug of tap water at dinner every night was a bit insulting. Its not the money, its the principle of paying for nothing.
Smaller, less people, personall approach, very clean, quite, cosy
Just perfect
Very efficient staff with Personal touch, excellent location, beautiful place and amenities, great breakfast and dinner ( with waiters going out of their way to attend to your needs) great music band on wednesdays at the bar , with super bartender
Nothing to mention
The breakfast and dinner is perfect and the infinity pool is amazing with a mountains view🏔️
