Babies had on normal nappies not swim nappies, and one woman emptied the urine into the pool. For all religions there is swimwear you can purchase to ensure modesty, no excuses. Seems the services are a bit lacking for such an expensive hotel. You have to ask for face towels, bathrobes and slippers, otherwise you won’t get them. The breakfast was good but pretty basic. They need to make more options. The coffee machine sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. There was a day there was an issue with the keycard, they said the keycards are managed by a team in South Africa, so the whole day they had to send a guy to open the rooms with the master key, poor guy was tired following guests to open their rooms. They fixed it the next day though
