Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Duży plus za podgrzewany basen oraz część spa, która skutecznie pozwoliła na regenerację po całodziennej jeździe na nartach. Smaczny i bogaty w wybór serwis gastronomiczny.

Von kleinen Abstrichen abgesehen, waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel rundherum zufrieden.
Pros:

Frühstück war immer sehr gut. Saft zum Selbstpressen und verschiedene fertige Säfte waren vorhanden. Wasser war ohne Berechnung verfügbar. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Die Matratze war etwas hart und etwas zu dünn. Das führte beim Sitzen auf der Bettkante zu einem unangenehmen Druck, weil man auf dem Holz der Einfassung gesessen hat.

Super nettes Hotel mit sehr sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsräume wie Bar, Restaurant und Spa Bereich liebevoll und mit Qualitätsmaterialien eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon oder eben aus dem Outdoor Pool in das Tal ist einfach mega! Frühstück und Abendessen war vielfältig und sehr lecker.

check in et out facile et rapide, personnel et service top, chambre sympa, très simple mais avec une très belle vue, salle de bain avec ce qu'il faut sans plus, parking, spa au top avec piscine très agréable après une bonne journée

Cons:

un des 2 matelas du lit n'est plus bon et la nourriture du repas du soir pas à la hauteur de l'hotel, servir un buffet de salade tout les soirs en hiver c'est étonnant, sachant qu'il n'y a pas grand chose de saison, idem pour les fruits, sans compter les plats avec des aliments tels que pates, riz et patate ainsi que l'accompagnement qui n'on rien d'un délice culinaire comme annoncé, je ne parlerai pas des desserts pour ne pas etre méchant, dommage!
dernière point que nous n'avions jamais rencontré en autriche avant, si vous arrivez à la fin du petit déjeuner ou en fin de repas du soir, vous devez faire avec ce qu'il reste! manque de pain tout les matins et soir sauf le dernier soir et dernier matin, merci, mais le service doit etre le meme pour le premier jusqu'au dernier client qui arrive, encore dommage

Die Gastfreundlichkeit im ganzen Hause. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend. Das Essen war spektakulär gut 👌 ebenso wie der Wellnessbereich. Alles in allem hatte ich eine sehr schöne Zeit der es an keinem i Tüpfelchen fehlte. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür

Cudowne miejsce.
Pros:

Wyjątkowy hotel w pięknym miejscu. Czysty podgrzewany basen z widokiem na góry który naprawdę zachwyca. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel chyba najlepszy który do tej pory spotkałem. Serdecznie polecam.
