Schöne Ferienwohnung zum bezahlbaren Preis
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Bushaltestelle, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Große helle und geräumige Wohnung mit separatem WC und Badezimmer. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Neue Küche. Sehr bequeme Betten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Parkplätze vorhanden. Fernseher nur im Wohnzimmer vorhanden.

Cons:

WLAN war sehr schwach. Im hinteren Schlafzimmer ließ sich die Balkontür nicht öffnen. Das war auch nicht gewünscht da der Balkon zur danebenliegenden Ferienwohnung gehört. Bisschen blöd wenn diese belegt ist sitzt man auf beiden Seiten wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Das war aber Gott sei Dank nicht der Fall.

teilmodernisierte FeWo, sehr geräumig, viel Stauraum, sauber, Balkone in drei Richtungen inkl. Blick auf die Berge und einen gepflegten Garten, Parken direkt vor der Tür, von der Schnellstraße ist fast nichts zu hören, zu Supermarkt und Bäcker nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, gleiches gilt für Bushaltestelle und Badesee, Gästekarte inkludiert, Küchenausstattung ok

Cons:

weitere Ausstattung sehr übersichtlich (10 Bügel, 1 Fön, 1 Wäscheständer, das war's), schwaches WLAN, Stube riecht leicht nach Zigarettenrauch, wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft etwas unruhig durch "Straßenschlucht"

Pros:

Eine schöne große Wohnung mit herrlichen Ausblick aufs Kaisergebirge. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.

Cons:

Die Stube ist urig, aber wir persönlich mögen lieber eine Couch oder Sessel zum sitzen. Vorhanden ist eine Eckbank / Sitzbank großzügig im Raum angelegt. Zum Sitzen gut geeignet. Aufgrund des Wetters hätten wir uns die Möglichkeit zum Heizen gewünscht. Heizkörper blieben leider kalt. Wir hatten zugegebenermaßen sehr wenig Kontakt zum Vermieter und haben deshalb auch nicht nachgefragt, ob die Heizung angestellt werden kann. Setze ich aber bei den Nachttemperaturen eigentlich voraus.

Single bed was disappointing
Pros:

Everything was great except for the disappointment with beds, see below.

Cons:

2 double rooms were made up as 2 single rooms. We were 2 people but not a couple so wanted a room each. I had messaged this beforehand. Austrian double beds have 2 mattresses and the 2nd mattress had a blanket put over , no sheet, so I couldn't spread out. Single bed, not double. My friend and I are both in our 50s and just wanted our own double rooms.

Komfortowy duży apartament z dwoma dużymi tarasami. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona w sprzęty AGD. W łazience pralka. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja domu Konrad. 4 minuty do sklepu. Przystanek Skibus zaraz obok domu. Bardzo miły właściciel. Polecam!

Goed verblijf en enorm genoten.
Pros:

Locatie, 2 ruime slaapkamers, ruime zit keuken en woonkamer. Fijne badkamer met douche en bad

Cons:

De wifi is onbetrouwbaar en ontzettend traag. Compleet niet bruikbaar en heb extra mobiele data moeten bijkopen . Gastheer niet onvriendelijk maar reageert niet of nauwelijks op berichtjes.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung – alles top!
Pros:

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend und die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig. Die Betten sind super bequem und die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundum ein perfekter Aufenthalt – wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Ottima esperienza, consiglio
Pros:

Posizione ottima vicina al centro del paese e al supermercato. Io ed il mio compagno siamo stati 6 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Appartamento spazioso con una vista stupenda sulle montagne. Prezzo onesto per il periodo di agosto ed il proprietario, Konrad, è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questo appartamento, è stato un piacere, spero di tornare per un altra vacanza.
