Pros:

Bra läge i mysig miljö

Cons:

Slitna rum. Tröga kranar i badrummet. Saknades halkskydd i badkaret. Rörigt i restaurangen. Maten serverades före drycken. Men det är ju sommar och många ovana i personalen förstås!

Mycket god Middag, men vrålhett under soltaket! Hade hellre suttit inne i Matsalen.

Sehr schönes Hotel im alten Stil. Gute Lage am Hafen.

Cons:

Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht ausstellen, Wasserhahn tropfte. Kein Wasserkocher oder Minibar.

Perfekt läge, mysigt och trevlig personal.

Cons:

Badkar som endast gick att sitta och duscha i pga lågt snedtak. Inte ok för tre vuxna med det höga priset. Har aldrig tidigare varit med om detta.

Die Lage zu Schloss Gripsholm.

Cons:

Vollkommen überteuert für das, was geliefert wurde.
Unprofessionelles Personal: die versprochenen kostenlosen Parkplätze waren öffentlich. Wenn diese besetzt waren hat man Pech gehabt. Hat den Herrn beim Empfang aber nicht weiter gestört.
Die Nachfrage nach koffeinfreiem Kaffee wurde mit einem: „haben wir nicht“ abgetan. Allerdings war dieser bei genauerer eigener Suche beim Tee zu finden. Das bestellte Abendessen wurde in der Küche vergessen, eine Beschwerde unsererseits nach einer Stunde Wartezeit löste beim Personal die Frage aus, ob wir es denn eilig hätten. Immerhin wurden die bestellten Getränke recht kurzfristig nach etwa 30 min lieblos auf den Tisch geknallt. Offenbar war man überfordert durch mehrere Gesellschaften…….
Wir haben uns in keiner Weise willkommen gefühlt.
