Almost everything
The pillow was not comfortable, was too big. Not extra blankets. The front door is hard to open
New building, fresh furniture, good location, and easy parking.
There was only one coffee pod and only two cups, while we had booked for three people. Additionally, we never received information about check-in until we asked about it ourselves.
Es handelt sich um eine moderne und saubere Wohnung. Die Betten waren bequem. In der Küche war alles an Equipment vorhanden. Das Bad ist sehr geräumig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind unmittelbar in der Nähe.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wenn man Fragen hat, werden sie sofort beantwortet.
Die Parksituation in Wien ist schwierig, da es fast nur Kurzzeitparkplätze gibt. Daher ist es wichtig sich im Vorfeld darum zu kümmern. Auch hier kann der Gastgeber kontaktiert werden. Der Gastgeber hilft weiter.
We liked that property was fenced and the car was parked in secure spot close to the hotel.
It was difficult to find the hotel.
The key to open the gate wasn’t in the box with the key from the room.
Really nice apartment, we liked that it was warm inside, had everything that is on the pictures, comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Definitely will book again if visiting Vienna again :)
We had a little problem at the begging , the key of the room wasn’t provided in the key box, only the garage key. We panicked, but as soon as some people who were staying in the house came there, they have called the host which was really good and came shortly for 15-20 minutes. Turns out the cleaning lady left it on the inside of the apartment..No other problems than that one. Have in mind its in 21 District and 30-40 minutes away from the center/ other landmarks, but if you are willing to have good stay its worth it.
I loved how big the apartment was and how well equipped the kitchen was, it gave such a lovely vibe and so so worth the money. The hosts replied so fast regardless of the hour.
There was no WiFi password written anywhere but for our 1 night we managed without it

Apartment is in a newly built building, behind a gate, on the ground floor. Parking spot is like 10 steps from terrace doors, so you can get to your car really easily. There are two chairs and a table on the outside terrace. The whole place feels pretty new. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials, there even is a dishwasher. Big kitchen table is a plus and two comfy sofas. I loved the blinds in the bedroom. The shower is just huge, four people could easily fit in. Floor heating throughout the property is a huge plus that heats up the space efficiently. The location is top notch, within ten minutes you can get to Florisdorf station, where you can catch either S-train, REX train or U6. I highly recommend accomodation in the vicinity of this station, it really is a game changer for transportation in Vienna. Overall this apartment is stupid great value for money and definitely worth visiting.
We missed a microwave oven in kitchen. There was no wardrobe anywhere, but there is an ideal space for it in the bedroom, opposite of the bed. The mattress may be a bit too soft for some. Host did respond to my question month prior to arrival, yet didn't provide any instructions for check-in, despite me messaging and calling. Fortunately, we arrived earlier and met the cleaning staff, that told us the code to the box with keys, otherwise I don't know how we would get in without the owners reply, which never really came.
ps. be mindful of hot tap water, with faucet in the middle it is hot enough
The description contains that you can reserve a free parking place if you need one. You only need to claim it in advance. We claimed it but the Host forgot it so we needed to park in the street.

No air conditioning.
Perfect new appartment in new house, great parking. In 2 week they will instal airconditioning, during our stay was at Wiena temperature 33 Celsius, was very hot.
