Posto meraviglioso...molto tranquillo..per chi vuole rilassarsi è l ideale...! La piscina è bellissima..pulita e molto grande.... adatta pure per i bambini...un esperienza che rifarei sicuramente. La colazione abbondante e varia..tutto perfetto.

Vacanza in famiglia
Pros:

Struttura nuova ben tenuta,piscina grande sempre pulita e accogliente,il ristorante così come lo staff è stato eccezionale...piatti buonissimi dalla colazione super ricca di cibo locale e anche continentale,il pranzo veramente ottimo da ristorante 5stelle,ma la cosa più bella e apprezzabile è lo staff,tutti alla mano super gentili e sempre sorridenti...dovrebbero essere tutti i posti così! Bravi ragazzi!!

Il posto è da 4stelle ma ci sono state solo due piccole cose non molto apprezzate,la spiaggia per l accesso al mare che dovrebbe essere bonificata,purtroppo era tenuta male con sporcizia e poco spazio reale dove poter mettere anche un asciugamano,l alternativa è il lido che comunque ha una struttura rialzata per i lettini quindi per andare a mare devi comunque fare una sorta di passerella.Ma al di là di ciò potrebbero semplicemente bonificare perché è un vero peccato tenere una spiaggia da riserva in quelle condizioni e lo dice una che viene dal sud e purtroppo noi toppiamo proprio nel tenerci alle cose,nonostante abbiamo dei posti meravigliosi.
Altra cosa è stata la manutenzione del lavandino del bagno,più attenzione per certe cose perché dopo che uno paga tanto vorrebbe avere una camera al top sotto tutti i punti di vista...la camera in sé era molto carina e ben arredata però trovare il lavandino otturato dal primo giorno non è il massimo...ecco direi che tante volte basta davvero poco per dare il meglio o perderlo.

Czyste pokoje, codziennie sprzątane, codziennie wymieniane ręczniki, czysty basen, zawsze uporządkowane leżaki przy basenie, cisza, spokój, a zarazem bardzo blisko do Syrakuz.

Cons:

Ciężko wskazać jakieś minusy, być może nieco monotonne śniadania, ale mówię to z perspektywy osoby z Polski, która jednak woli wytrawne śniadania, jeśli ktoś preferuje śniadania na słodko to wybór jest ogromny :)

Very new infraestructure with lack of proper service.
Pros:

The property per se, looks new and spacious. The pool area is nice and the restaurant and bar are very well equiped.

Cons:

The air aconditioning was not working in any of the rooms. Not enough sheets were provided for both beds and there was an event at night making noise, even fireworks were sploding at night, which did not allowed us to open windows and sleep properly. The administration should have warn us about this party.

Cons:

I bagni in camera soprattutto la doccia e il gabinetto era scomodissimo avevamo il gabinetto per i disabili . La doccia con la tenda che faceva acqua da tutte le parti ci passavamo il tempo a raccogliere acqua con le asciugamani perché si allagava tutta la casa un disastro ogni volta che ci facevamo la doccia eravamo in 4 vi lascio immaginare. Poi ogni volta che venivano a pulire non ci lasciavano né i bagnoschiuma né la carta igienica dovevamo andare a chiedere e neanche ci hanno creduto soprattutto la responsabile dellle pulizie maleducata neanche ci credeva siamo delusi su questo

Very lovely place. Rooms were top! Pool area top

Cons:

Too many rules near the pool. Like the kids were stopped by one of the lifeguards all the time while jumping in the pool, stopped when they were shouting, stopped when having kids food, stopped when playing with the ball and even one time when they were crying :(
It should have been more family friendly, let's face it - kids are always kids!!!
