Man merkt, dass hinter dem Hotel keine Familie steht, die das mit Leidenschaft betreibt.
Cons:

Das Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung hat überhaupt nicht gepasst. Frühstück gab es erst ab 7:30 Uhr, es gab keinen Kaffeeautomaten, sondern nur Filterkaffee. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war ok, aber nicht wie man in einem Hotel erwartet. Es war Bahnhofshallenfeeling aufgrund der Lautstärke.
Der Skiraum wurde aufgebrochen, vermutlich von Hotelgästen und vermutlich auch nicht das erste Mal. Das Hotel ist nur zu den Check-In Zeiten besetzt, ansonsten sieht man niemanden und hat keinen Ansprechpartner, da auch die Tür zur Rezeption verschlossen ist. Es gibt keine Bar, die abends zum gemütlichen Getränk einlädt.
Wir sind anderes gewohnt und wirklich enttäuscht.

Great location, great breakfast
Pros:

Close to the town and lifts, with a very good breakfast. The room had everything we needed, with a modern bathroom. Very reasonably priced, compared to most Solden hotels, and we will definitely stay again.

More like a hostel than hotel
Pros:

Good location. Clean if you exclude the twice a week only room cleaning.

Cons:

Check out at 9am and check in after 4pm. Rooms only get cleaned two days a week , as or second day was cleaning day they offered a free drink instead of cleaning which we took up. I got my free drink myself in the self serve bar only to be told it doesn’t include alcohol when I was paying on check out. The place is more like a hostel than a hotel. Basic offerings.

Good location and fits best for German-speaking persons who are already familiar with Sölden.
Pros:

Good location. Walking distance from the slopes, but still enough distance from the after ski noice.

Cons:

Poor instructions about hotel practices were disappointing. Room cleaning is only available by request (not by default, and it was not communicated to us clearly). Sauna was available via partner hotels, but only if you knew to ask for it. Also reception is open only 2 hrs per day and the staff was not happy to help outside of these time slots.

Sehr freundlicher Service

Cons:

Nur 2x Woche Reinigung der Zimmer. Tägliche Leerung vom Papierkorb wäre wünschenswert.

Velfungerende skihotel
Pros:

Super nem indtjekning og udtjekning. Udemærket morgenmad. Stort værelse. Fint rum til skiudstyr. Hjælpsomt personale. Køleskab på værelset. Rengøring 2 gange om ugen fungerer fint (mulighed for at få skiftet håndklæder ved henvendelse i receptionen). Mulighed for at købe drikkevarer på stedet. Flere gode restauranter indenfor 200-700 meter.

Cons:

Lidt langt til liften (600 meter) men det er muligt at købet opbevaring af ski ved liften. Spa ligger væk fra hotellet.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, alles goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Kleine tip: zet ‘s nachts het raam open, wij vonden het zonder raam open te warm worden in de kamer.
