Super Lage - ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Siena
Pros:

Ich komme immer wieder sehr gerne in dieses Hotel. Die Lage ist einfach super, man kann in der Nähe ohne Probleme parken. Die Ausstattung ist für einen Aufenthalt in Siena ideal.

Pros:

La posizione ottima per chi arriva a Siena in auto ,al massimo in 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge qualsiasi posto da visitare

Cons:

Purtroppo non c’è l ascensore e fare 2 piani con 7 rampe di scale e 1 piano con 3 rampe di scale per la colazione non è confortevole

This property was by far one of the best places we have stayed in italy. The location is amazing, a little out of the centre so it’s nice and quiet but a quick walk to everything. The bathroom amenities were amazing as well. Very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back 😊

Locatia aproape de centru.

Cons:

Am avut camera la parter, unde se aude toata galagia din lobby. De fiecare data cand se facea curent, usa se misca de aveai impresia ca a intrat cineva in camera. La miezul noptii, persoana de la receptie a vorbit la telefon pe speaker minute bune, in timp ce de afara se mai auzea si o muzica de club.

Hôtel charmant avec un personnel très attentif, bien situé par rapport aux monuments historiques.
Pros:

Très bon accueil, restaurant très bien et la chambre très agréable. L'hôtel est proche du centre de Sienne, ce qui est parfait.

La ubicación. Y la amabilidad de señor de la recepción por la mañana del 2do dia, quien tuvo la gentileza de cambiarnos a una habitación nro. 2 en la planta baja sin escaleras

Cons:

Sin ascensor con demasiadas escaleras, para acceder a la habitación 24, que nos dieron a la llegada, ubicada en el 2do piso, teniamos 49 escalones para subir. Para ir al salón desayunador, ubicado en la planta sótano, habia 23 escalones. En total 72 escalones desde el desayunador hasta la habitación, un equvalente a mas de 4 pisos normales
El parking es en el estadio vecino. No nos avisaron al llegar que cuando hay partido hay que sacar el auto el día anterior porque si no, lo lleva la grúa. Lo dejamos una noche y lo tuvimos que retirar el día siguiente para llevarlo a un espacio público que queda a 10 minutos a pie.
La mala atención y displicencia de la persona que nos atendió en el check-in, una atención acelerada sin contemplar nuestras limitaciones para subir la extensa escalera y sin informar las restricciones del parking que recomiendan

De ligging ( aan stadio) buiten de zone van de locals (ztl) en toch dicht bij het centrum.

Niet goed functionerende airco op kamer 47.
