Emplacement pratique pour visiter la ville, personnel aimable, très bel hôtel.

Cons:

Propreté douteuse, tres mauvaise insonorisation et hôtel surchauffé avec impossibilité de couper le chauffage dans la chambre.

Old style traditional hotel: fine for short stay in Siena
Pros:

Hotel very nice building and location! Very nice room for breakfast! Close to siena centre by walking. Staff Vey nice, tried to solve problems very quickly.

Cons:

Slightly complicated to park but mostly due to an even in tbe city. Parking is close by. Room is small but we got the room we asked. For with balcony. Lights outside did not work, inside had problems (not solved but staftrued to)

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο, στο κέντρο της πόλης και το προσωπικό είναι πολύ ευγενικό. Μας έκανε ιδιαίτερα καλή εντύπωση ότι μας έστειλαν μήνυμα για να μας ενημερώσουν εκ των προτέρων, ότι το κοντινότερο πάρκινγκ θα ήταν κλειστό την ημέρα που θα κάναμε check in και μας καθοδήγησαν σχετικά με το που μπορούμε να παρκάρουμε. Το πρωινό είναι επίσης πολύ καλό!

A comfortable hotel with good breakfast, and conveniently located between buses and historic center
Pros:

The location was excellent, within walking distance to main sights and restaurants (10'-15') and also only 3 min away from the bus station to Florence and other villages. The breakfast had great variety compared to other hotels of the region and very tasty options both savory and sweet.

Cons:

Would have liked some extra pillows and a better view out of our window. We were facing the stadium which in some cases might be a plus. I must admit though that facing backwards the room was quiet.
