Purtroppo, dal bagno proveniva un cattivissimo odore, non so a cosa fosse dovuto che, mi ha rovinato il soggiorno. Forse, mi hanno detto alla receprtion, da una partita di asciugamani lavati male.

Localização boa para visitar o centro histórico da cidade.
Pequeno almoço muito agradável e confortável com várias opções disponíveis.
Equipa atenciosa no que diz respeito a guardar as bagagens após o check-out para conseguirmos aproveitar o dia na cidade.

Cons:

Aquando a reserva taxa e impostos estariam incluídos no preço, contudo no momento do pagamento tivemos que efetuar o pagamento das taxas da cidade, tendo sido ultrapassado em cinco euros o valor da reserva.

Great Location
Pros:

Great location to walk around the city, close to the city center and to all attractions. Really beautiful building. The stuff was really gentle and helpful and the breakfast was excellent too.

Ottimo soggiorno e sicuramente da ritornarci.
Pros:

Albergo nel cuore del centro storico di Siena, che si raggiunge in pochi muniti. Camere nuove e confortevoli. Bellissima la hall con affreschi alle pareti e soffitte. Personale gentile e disponibile. Parcheggio dell'hotel comodo però, purtroppo, a pagamento. Il ristorante interno (Gli Orti di S. Domenico), a cena, è di ottima qualità ed a prezzi giusti; si possono degustare le specialità toscane (ribollita, pici, Brunello di Montalcino etc).

Cons:

La colazione è migliorabile (quantitativamente e qualitativamente), con poca scelta e non è all'altezza dell'hotel. I cornetti, surgelati, erano di colore scuro; poche torte probabilmente pre-confezionate. Una città conosciuta anche per le sue specialità dolciarie fresche, si può fare decisamente di più.
