Un’oasi di pace.
Pros:

L’hotel è un’oasi in mezzo alla natura, con un fiumiciattolo che scorre e trasmette tranquillità. Il giardino è verde e curato e le camere sono accoglienti. Lo staff è gentilissimo. Anche se si trova a circa 3 km da Salento, in 10 minuti di taxi si raggiunge il centro città (ben affollato).

A little gem immersed in nature
Pros:

A peaceful oasis immersed in nature perfect to relax and disconnect. The rooms are pretty and clean, the staff is lovely. We wish we could have stayed more.

If I have to say something, the water in the shower was almost impossible to adjust well, it was either too hot or too cold.

Todo fue maravilloso / excelente hotel
Pros:

El hotel todo fue perfecto , es igual a como se ve en las fotos , te explican todo y siempre están atentos antes de llegar a tu estancia para cualquier duda que tengas , el personal muy amable el chico Sebastián me ayudó en todo lo que necesite mientras estuve allí

Pros:

Hotel was in quite area a bit far away from town but if you like quite place this is yours place.
I liked Spa and tasty breakfast and two dogs around, what I really appreciated was for wash and dry my clothes. Thank you!!

Cons:

Because it rains every day, it's easy to get wet.
Not much space to dry your things after the trip because everything is damp in the rooms.
Dinner could be better. I had chicken steak and it wasn't tasty at all, so if you really want to eat well, you'd better go to the city, but the staff was very nice and very helpful

Che tristezza!
Pros:

Le uniche cose accettabile sono la location nel verde
(anche se distante dal paese) e la gentilezza dello staff. Tutto il resto è indecente.
I letti sono scomodissimi, con materassi concavi, lenzuola di poliestere ( alla faccia dell'ecohotel) e, sopra il materasso, uno strato di plastica che si attacca al sedere.
Le finestre non hanno vetri e di notte fa molto freddo
(siamo a 2000 metri), non c'è riscaldamento né split. Ci sono però delle coperte negli armadi, ma sono letteralmente lercie, così bisogna decidere cosa è meno peggio: soffrire il freddo o sopportare la puzza e il senso di sudiciume?
La colazione è da carcere sovietico: una ciotolina con tre fette di banana e due spicchi di mandarino e una frittata di mais. Se vuoi due fette di pane o una omelette paghi.
L'acqua non è potabile, ma pagando la puoi avere da loro.
La pulizia delle camere solo su richiesta, ma non viene specificato da nessuna parte, te lo dicono quando vai a protestare, così la tua camera viene sempre rassettata solo dal secondo giorno, se nel frattempo non hai già lasciato l'hotel rinunciando anche al rimborso pur di scappare da lì.
