Please note that the hotel can only reached by skis in the winter: the parking space is at 1969 ft height, with the cable car up the hill and then there is a pickup service provided by the hotel.

Please note that during winter, arrivals after 16:00 are not possible, as the cable car does not operate later.

In the summer parking is available directly at the house.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ocenil by som viac organizácie a zabezpečenie aspoň minimálneho štandardu počas celého dňa. Držím palce.
Pros:

Miesto a poloha. Ústretový personál. Prvé chutné pivo, ktoré som v Rakusku pil. Matrace v posteli.

Cons:

Úplný chaos pri príchode. Iba jeden človek pre reštauráciu a recepciu. Pivo sme si ani neobjednali, keďže nebolo u koho si polhodinu ani objednať. Večer a v sobotu ich už bolo viac a šlo to dobre. Na izbe sa nedalo zavrieť okno, ale to sme s pracovníkom rýchlo vyriešili.

Die Lage

Cons:

Sehr in Jahre gekommenes Hotel, Personal freundlich aber komplett überlastet sprich unterbesetzt. Enorme Wartezeiten bei Speis und Trank. Viel zu teuer für das gebotene.

Das Hotel ist von der Lage perfekt es muss aber von Grund auf saniert werden
Pros:

Die Lage ist ein Traum und hat für unsere Ansprüche genau gepasst die Anfahrt ist etwas kompliziert

Cons:

Das Hotel ist seit Jahren heruntergekommen die Zimmer sind absolut alt der Balkon den wir benutzt haben ist lebensgefährlich das würde keiner Überprüfung standhalten

Klidné ubytování v horách
Pros:

Hotel na krásném místě v horách, s nádherným výhledem do kraje. Personál velice ochotný, komunikativní, milý. Byli jsme ubytováni ve starší části hotelu, pokoj odpovídal popisu, vybavení starší, ale vše funkční, čisté, velice pohodlné postele a božský klid. Součástí pokoje byla malá koupelna, toaleta na chodbě byla společná pro několik pokojů, další toalety v suterénu - vždy čisté, uklizené, vše bez problémů.
Dobré snídaně s výběrem toho základního, možnost posnídat na terase s výhledem do kraje.
Rychlá wifi. Velké parkoviště pro hosty hotelu zdarma, dostatek místa na parkování.

Quiet mountain retreat with a need to update breakfast and bedding and stop smoking ruining the fresh air
Pros:

The property is located at the top of a mountain on a quiet 3km road. It has amazing views and is very quiet. The owners were very pleasant and nice.

Cons:

The property is showing its age. Dining tables were uncomfortable and the breakfast was limited in choice and service. Guests still smoke in the restaurant and this was also smelt through open windows. There should be a complete ban on it. Be brave to do that. I also had to amend our food bill as it was full of mistakes and things we didn’t order. The beds are hard and uncomfortable.

Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt: Zimmer und Arbeitstisch winzig! WC nicht am Zimmer, Gemeinschafts-WC am Korridor! Das einzige Fenster war defekt und liess sich nicht öffnen! Aufgrund Gemeinschaftsbalkon (ohne Abtrennung zu den Zimmernachbarn!) im 1.Stock, lautstarken Gästen auf der Terasse unterhalb und Zigarettenrauch war es eine heisse und unerholsame Nacht bei geschlossener Balkontür ohne jegliche Frischluft auf ca. 10 Quadratmeter. Vom Ausblick hat man kaum was bei geschlossenen Vorhängen als Sichtschutz vom Zimmernachbar
