10/10 - absolute Begeisterung
Pros:

Unsere Wohnung war neu, sauber und riesig (!). Die Einrichtung kann man als modern und einfach beschreiben, mit allen Sachen, die man so braucht. Die Küche enthielt alles notwendige, auch eine Waschmaschine gab es im Bad. Abgesehen von der tollen Wohnung und der fabelhaften Aussicht auf die Insel Sveti Stefan, muss ich an dieser Stelle das wirklich nette Personal loben. Jeder noch so kleine Wunsch wurde uns von den Augen abgelesen. Insbesondere der Manager Nikola war überaus freundlich und herzlich.
Ein weiteres Plus ist der Transferservice zum und vom Strand per Club Car. Der Weg dorthin kann gerade in der Sommerhitze sehr anstrengend sein, da man schon etwas laufen muss. Daher war das ideal für uns.
Ohne die anderen Unterkünfte in Sveti Stefan gesehen zu haben, kann ich sagen, dass wir wirklich froh waren unsere Unterkunft hier gebucht zu haben. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Pros:

Номер очень удобный, места много, есть всё необходимое. Прекрасная терраса с видом на море, откуда также можно наблюдать закат. Персонал всегда на связи и готов помочь, отдельное спасибо Николе! Было очень удобно, что до пляжа и обратно возят на гольфкаре, благодаря чему не пришлось подниматься по длинной лестнице по пути с пляжа. В 5ти минутах магазин и кафе, в общем идеальное расположение. Обязательно приедем ещё!

Cons:

Подушки показались немного жёсткими, но в остальном всё было прекрасно.

Pros:

Manzara güzel. Oda ferah ve geniş. Personel yardımcı oluyor birçok hususta. Temizdi birkaç böceği saymazsak.

Odada kertenkele vardı. Ama dış bölümdeydi. Yatak bölümünde değildi.

Appartement était grand, propre et bien équipé, le personnel était très sympa et aux petits soins. Le service de la navette jusqu'à la plage est un vrai plus. Je recommande

Cons:

La lave-vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée.
Ça a pris entre 2 et 3 jours par la réparer.
Néanmoins, le personnel a fait de leur mieux pour résoudre le problème.

Pros:

Good location, 10-15 min walk to the beach. The property has a sort of "golf car" which is available to take you to the beach at practically any hour. This is particularly helpful when you have heavier stuff to carry, like a stand-up paddle.

Parking is also included, in the form of a parking garage, which is extremely helpful in Sveti Stefan, where parking spaces are in short supply.

Rooms and kitchens are decently equipped, you can pretty much find everything you need.

Cons:

Most individual parking spaces in the garage are a bit small compared to other similar locations, but are still quite usable. Just need to park a bit more carefully than usual. Each apartment appears to be different, few are identical from what I can tell. This can create differences in the experience based on whichever room you would get. The main concern here would be that the apartments on the bottom floor (if you can call it that) are not ventilating so easily. This is mainly due to their location or to put it better, the local geography.

Fabulous location, great AC and free transport to the beach
Pros:

Beautiful view, great AC, good kitchen facilities, washing machine and coffee machine . A huge bonus was the free golf cart transport to and from beach as absolutely fantastic and necessary in the heat as it is a long walk back up the hill. Staff very accommodating and easy to contact

Cons:

Apartment was not quite up to standard in terms of cleanliness and some finishes in terms of workmanship were not great. Garden was overgrown and a bit unkept and looked different to the pictures.

Amazing apartment suite with fantastic views and a great host.
Pros:

Nikola, the host, met us as soon as we arrived and showed us the allocated underground parking. This is a huge bonus in Sveti Stefan.

He then kindly upgraded us from a studio to an amazing suite with a balcony which had amazing views of Sveti Stefan. We are so grateful for this, as the suite was amazing, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Full kitchen with lots of facilities. It was the best accommodation we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Montenegro (staying at 7 places). Thank you Nikola.

The apartment is in a great location with some lovely restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The waterfront is an 8 minute walk down some steps.

Highly recommended.

Cons:

Not a problem for us but the apartment is quite high up in Sveti Stefan so access to the waterfront is by a series of steps. Although I believe there is a golf cart available if needed.

Amazing!
Pros:

Everything was beyond great. The apartment was super clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, they drove us to the beach and back everytime we asked. We really don’t have any complaints as everything was amazing. We would like to thank again for everything and we will come back to Vertmont for sure. Thanks.

Great place to stay in Sveti Stefan
Pros:

Good price/value rate.
Very comfortable and big apartments.
Free shuttle to the see.
Friendly personal.
Free parking.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower depends on time (the best at late hours). But anyway it was good enough.
