Pros:

Het appartement is ruim opgezet, prima voor een stedentrip. De locatie is erg prettig, de metro en tram zijn vlak om de hoek.
Het appartement was schoon en netjes op onze komst voorbereid

Cons:

De bedden zijn zeer hard, dat is zeker een punt ter verbetering. Verder waren er weinig borden, bekers etc. Ook waren sommige voorzieningen zoals vaatwasblokjes, wc papier en vuilniszakken niet voorradig. We willen de eigenaren echt oproepen iets te doen aan de bedden. Met betere bedden heb je echt een top verblijf in handen

Perfect room as for a couple. Great that there was a code to open the door and no need to keep any keys. We liked the distance to the most important spots, loads of restaurants nearby, metro and trams so close, cozy room, comfortable mattresses but could be one large, warm, clean and nicely maintained, good contact with the owners

Cons:

No cabinet / drawers / wardrobe to keep clothes. There could be one instead of the big table.microwave on a shelf would a nice asset.

it’s okay for two nights, but beds are not comfortable
Pros:

spacious, clean, easy and convenient to access. nice interior, bathroom is beautiful. a lot of light fixtures for different moods. very much appreciated this.

Cons:

both beds were not comfortable. one had a too thin mattress so that you felt every wooden plank underneath and the second had the hardest mattress ever. we couldn’t leave the windows open at night because of the pigeons on the window seal. some utilities were missing, such as a dish towel or a bottle opener. the water pressure in the shower was bad.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, bel quartiere con tanti locali interessanti e non distante dal centro. Appartamento pulito e molto spazioso. Consigliato.

Cons:

Poca comunicazione con l'host. Quando siamo arrivati la carta igienica era già quasi finita e così il bagno schiuma.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, ładnie urządzony apartament.

Cons:

Mieszkanie było zaniedbane, w wielu miejscach kurz, żarówki działają w połowie lamp ustawionych w pomieszczeniu, przedmioty w kuchni (np. deska do krojenia) była ubrudzona, łazienka była średnio doczyszczona. Na podłodze był dywan który już momencie przyjazdu był bardzo brudny i miał na sobie dużo paprochów, piachu, etc..

Spacious and great location from Vinohrady

Cons:

The cleanliness was shocking. From cocaine on the kitchen worktop, silverfish on the kitchen floor, a shower that I can wee faster than, hair ball on toilet lid, no coffee (they only provide tea!) crumbs on dining table, toilet roll pieces on living room floor, missing toilet brush from the holder and an empty reed diffuser. It lacked attention to cleanliness greatly. I was offered a €10 discount in the most expensive wine bar in Prague downstairs 😂 The only positive about this place was the size and the location in Vinohrady.

Flairiges Wohnen in Prag für 4 Personen
Pros:

Hochwertig und ästhetisch eingerichtete Wohnung mit großen Doppelfenstern, herrlichen Dielenfußböden und viel Platz in den Räumen.

In einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit Bäumen gelegen; ggü einer Schule/Gymnasium.

In nur 2 Minuten Fußweg gings zur Straßenbahn,
5min zügig zum Bäcker mit riesigem Angebot
und 2min zu einem tollen Café:
Dos Mundos, wo wir alle Frühstücksspezialitäten, sowie sämtliche Getränke und Kaffee/Espresso empfehlen können.

Cons:

Parksituation: Unbedingt vor! einem Pragbesuch in entsprechenden Parkhäusern einen Parkplatz reservieren oder über die citymove-App die Parkzonen überprüfen, in denen man kostenpflichtig parken kann.

Pros:

Hezké ubytování na perfektním místě. Online bezkontaktní check-in, otevírání na kód. Apartmán byl čistý, postel čistá, pohodlná. Vše potřebné k dispozici.

Cons:

Neutahnute prkénko na toaletě, o kterém jsem četla již v několika předchozích recenzích. V kuchyňské lince nějaké dráty, jakoby odpad z řemeslnických prací. A topení. Přímotop vypadal velmi použité....a moc netopil. Topení pod oknem se mi nepodařilo zapnout. Ale jsou to detaily.
