Bohemian Experience

Im zweiten Zimmer konnte das Oberfenster nicht mehr geschlossen werden. Somit war das Fenster immer offen - auch bei starken Regen und Nächten mit Temperaturen unter 10°C. Auch Lärm drang immer ein. Eine Zumutung. Auf die Notfallnummer als Anmerkung hatte niemand reagiert. Über den Chat konnte der Fehler gemeldet werden, aber es gab keine sofortige Lösung, bspw. Reparaturvorschläge, andere Wohnung o.ä. Ich sollte das Problem noch genauer beschrieben. Das Oberfenster ist in ca. 3,2 m Höhe und keine Leiter in der Wohnung.. Das ganze trug bei 3 solcher Nächte nicht zur Erholung bei.

Zudem steht im besagten Zimmer zwar ein sehr breites und großes Bett. Die Freude war zu Beginn groß, aber anstelle eines Lattenrostes sind Holzbretter verschraubt und die nicht sonderlich dicke Matratze liegt einfach darauf. Etwas unbequem...

Es gab nur noch ein Wasserglas. Ggf. nochmal für den Bedarf für 4 Personen die Anzahl erhöhen

Very poor experience. Unfortunately, our stay at Bohemian Experience started with an accident that completely affected our trip.

Just a few minutes after arriving, I sat on one of the chairs in the apartment and it broke, causing a strong impact on my back and one of my legs. The pain got worse over the following hours and made it difficult for me to walk normally, which was especially frustrating considering we were only in Prague for a short stay and wanted to make the most of the city.

On top of that, the next morning we had problems with the hot water. We tried to contact the property for a long time without receiving a timely response. After around an hour and a half trying to figure it out ourselves, we eventually managed to fix the boiler issue, but by then we had already lost a significant part of the morning and had to shower with cold water.

The most frustrating part was not only that these problems happened, but the lack of proper checks before our arrival and the poor response when we needed help. A chair in bad condition can cause a serious accident, and a hot water system that had not been properly checked before check-in shows a concerning lack of care for guests.

For a short stay, losing time, getting injured, and having to solve basic problems ourselves completely ruined the experience. I would not recommend this accommodation if you expect safety, quick support, and proper conditions from the moment you arrive.

Zřejmě problém s odtokem vody, první den jsem se sprchovala a vytopila jsem koupelnu, manžel vyřešil a vyčistil ucpaný odtok v koupelně. Ten stejný problém byl i s myčkou, takže by bylo vhodné nejen uklízet, ale zajistit průběžnou údržbu. Jednalo se o apartmán New York.

Die absolut fehlende Sauberkeit. Sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, in der Duschecke war schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden, inkl. dementsprechenden Geruch, die Lüftung komplett verstaubt – rannte 24/7 wegen des Defektes. Der Kühlschrank war auch defekt, ständig stand drinnen Wasser. Bereits bei der Ankunft lagen Chips auf dem Tisch, Haare auf der Sofa – noch von dem Besucher vor mir. Die vorgeschlagene Lösung vom Anbieter war, dass die Reinigungskraft am nächsten Tag in meiner Abwesenheit kommt und die Wohnung gründlich reinigt. Da ich nicht den Zugang zu der Wohnung für Stunden verlieren wollte, habe ich abgelehnt – damit war die Sache für den Anbieter abgeschlossen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung in der Nacht durch die Straßenlaternen sehr hell, ich hatte aber Schlafmaske dabei. Sehr Schade, ich fand ansonsten die Wohnung wirklich sehr charmant! P.S das Bett ist wirklich gewöhnugsbedürftig. :)

Superficially clean. This apartment has not seen a deep scrub in years.
The shower drain was clogged.

Matrace tvrdší. Celkově by apartmán potřeboval trošku péče. Nejslabší byla snídaně menší porce a lívance to byla katastrofa chuť nic moc a porce jak pro dítě.

Kitchen equipment is somehow very limited

The bed in the main bedroom was hard as a rock. After the first night, I woke up with terrible lower back pain and had to sleep on the smaller bed in the kitchen area for the rest of the stay. I’d highly recommend upgrading to a more comfortable mattress

In der Küche gab es weder eine Kaffeemaschine noch eine Tee-/Kaffeekanne. Ebenso fehlten Spülmittel und ein Geschirrtuch.
Die Betten, wahrscheinlich Futon Betten, waren ziemlich hart und bei einem Stuhl war die Armlehne defekt.
Schade, denn auf den ersten Blick sah die Wohnung besonders und toll aus.

Fenster teilweise nicht schliessbar und nicht zum öffnen. Ausgestaltung des Appartements nicht ganz wie auf den Fotos, aber nur Kleinigkeiten.
