Pros:

The host is lovely, she speaks perfect English and replies fast to your questions.
The apartment is in a nice building, 5 min by car from the airport.
It has everything you need inside and theres's also a supermarket 2 min away.
It's a bit of a remote location, around 20 -25 min to the town. But there is a bus stop right in front on the building (the bus runs every 20 min) which takes you to the center in under 10 min.

Cons:

The biggest issue we've encountered was that water was turned off during the last day of our stay. We woke up in the morning and we couldn't even use the toilet. It was of course not the host's fault, the municipality was doing some works and didn't inform the owner of the apartment in advance. It was nevertheless pretty unpleasant as the water only returned after 09:00 PM.
The other thing is you need to take into account that the apartment is very close to the airport, so you will hear the planes taking off and landing until late into the evening.
