This place is definitely not a 10, disappointed
Pros:

The room was spacious
Nice terrace view
Comfortable pillow

Cons:

• Old furniture, the whole place feels outdated.
• Located directly on a busy main road – very noisy, even during the night.
• The hosts caused serious problems: they entered the room without permission (not to clean, but to turn off the AC). They don’t allow the room to stay cool while you’re out, so after coming back from the beach you walk into a hot room. The worst part of it was that on the first night of our stay, after we came back they were waiting for us to arrive from dinner to engage into a confrontation as to why we allowed ourselves to turn on the AC.
• Arrogant behavior from the hosts, suggesting to bypass Booking and rent directly.
• Bathroom needs serious improvements (even had a hole in it).
• Very small and weak fridge – can’t even cool a bottle of water properly.
• Bed and mattress are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
• Terrace is too noisy because of the road.
• Kitchen is poorly equipped – basically only useful for boiling eggs.
• Location is not convenient: no restaurants, shops, or nice beaches nearby. You need a car for everything. The best beaches are about an hour drive away (30 km on slow roads). The closer beaches are rocky and unimpressive (though the views are nice).
• Overall, the price is way too high for the quality of the accommodation, location, and especially the attitude of the hosts.

Un loc extraordinar
Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable for two people, clean and well maintained. The spacious balcony with a beautiful sea view was perfect for meals and relaxing in the morning or evening. Manos was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay, always ready to provide us with any information we needed. Both he and Elena were wonderful hosts – warm and welcoming. We truly felt at home.☺️
