地點很方便，入住程序簡單易懂。
Pros:

地點很棒，就在遊客中心對面。雖然不能寄放行李，但附近商店街有500日圓一天的寄物櫃，遊客中心和、車站、巴士站都有很多付費寄物櫃，很方便。 頂樓有小小泡湯空間可以使用。房間乾淨舒適。

The accommodation is decent for a night stay.
Pros:

There was a store serving onigiri in street level the food was delicious.

There was not elevator.

Pros:

Location is definitely a 10/10 right in front of JR Yufuin station.
The beds are double beds and pretty comfy.
There's also a fridge, kettle and microwave. U can buy your own food or soup from 7-11 and warm them up in the room.
No staff to do check in. DIY on tablet with the PIN provided thru your email.
Abt 15min walk to Lake Kinrin.

Cons:

No elevators.
Had to drag up your luggage.
2 washing machines but 1 was not functioning.
No chance to use at all.
