Aparthotel Umbrella

Es fehlte eine kleine Komode o.Kleiderschrank. Besen mit Kehrblech wäre super gewesen.
In der Beschreibung der Ausstattung war zu lesen, ein zusätzliches WC, ist irreführend, da man annehmen kann es gäbe zwei.
Und in den Kommoden die da war, zuviel Staub. Die Steckdose auf dem Flur wurde bemängelt, da diese aus der Wand hing. Auch die Kühlschranktür kam uns beim öffnen entgegen. Wurde bemängelt, die Kühlschranktür provisorisch hergerichtet, mehr nicht.

Kühlschranktüre fällt beim Öffnen heraus, Schukosteckdose hängt aus der Wand, oberhalb des Spiegelschrankes sind die Litzen des Stromkabel sichtbar.

Les lits et l appartement a besion un peu des retouches.

Immeuble récent mais mal entretenu.
Un grand manque d'accessoires de cuisine( torchon, vaisselle, récipient etc.....)
Cet appartement est équipée de deux grandes terrasses dont une qui ne sert a rien et mal entretenue
De nombreuses fissures dans l'appartement prises arrachés, fils électriques apparent dans sdb, ménage mal fait (mouchoir sous le lit et ongles), aucun produits et accessoires de ménage disponibles, pas d'étendage. Le frigo était complètement givré car la porte de celui-ci ne fermait pas correctement. En ce qui concerne le jacuzzi celui-ci était toujours en défaut et après vérification le filtre était encrassé par manque d'entretien.

Communcation was bad. No response to initial request for parking. The day before the stay finally some response but only in German. Arrived at the property and still did not have the check-in info. Hand soap only by the toilet, no more dish soap, salt grinder had no batteries in it etc. Basically, appears to be short staffed and missing the care for guests. Still recommended for longer stays where you bring lots of things yourself.

Apparently Booking made a mistake and so we had to be 'upgraded' last minute. That meant instead of our own private penthouse, we got a bigger appartment on the ground floor. So, we still had the whirlpool, but guests on the first floor could and would spy on us in a very non subtle way. There was a lot of dust under the bed. The hosts only communicate in German, which isn't a big problem if you use google translate but they also reply very slowly. We had a whirlpool problem, aka it wouldn't stop beeping, and the host wouldn't reply to us about a solution. So if we didn't have basic whirlpool knowledge, it would happily beep the whole weekend.

The host wasn't very responsive to messages or particularly warm or friendly. Didn't reply at all on Whats App at all and took ages to respond in Booking's chat facility. As a solo traveller it is nice for the host to be responsive to know you are coming to a legitimate facility and more information regarding check in slightly earlier, when requested.

Nothing I didnt like

One of the two entrance doors did not open properly, this should be fixed (luckily the hosts were kind enough to come and redirect me to the second entrance after I called). The couch's arm rest felt a bit unstable, I did not dare to lean onto it. You have to lay down all your clothes on the floor as there is no wardrobe.
