The hotel is an older hotel with beautiful features. Everything in the room worked extremely well -- great water pressure, wifi, and a firm, comfortable mattress on the bed. The breakfast was delicious, and included some home-made delicacies and 4 types of homemade jam, as well as eggs, meat and other types of proteins.
We went to Elati to enjoy the outdoors, and the owner provided us with hiking maps and excellent instructions about where to find the trailheads, etc. It's a wonderful place to escape from the heat of Athens if you want to be in a quiet place. And the host took care of everything and provided interesting conversation and movie recommendations as well!
The town in September was very quiet. Some travelers may find it too quiet -- but we enjoyed the break from the congestion of the more popular places.

An amazing hotel with exceptional breakfast for the price. The location was exactly in the centre of Elati and had everything you needed next to it. The room was great with a big bathroom a very large balcony overlooking the mountains and was very cozy for a couple. 10/10 would visit again
The bathroom door had been broken and the water would leak from the side but it is an easy fix. Other than that there were no other complaints from our side!
The motel was in the middle of town. The rooms although a bit out dated were warm and clean. The balcony was big and had chairs and a table.
The shower was small.
Polite staff, clean spaces, excellent location, nice view from the room, warm rooms since we visited during winter. Breakfast was OK.

we felt like we knew them from before. hot water and good clean rooms, wifi really good, breakfast was as expected of facility standards, with pleasant surprises like the unique dishes served with local recipes. Loved the stay. One minor comment was the absent soundproofing of the rooms. But other than that amazing.

The breakfast was superb.... homemade marmalades, cookies, cake & pita every morning. Fresh brewed coffee and variety of cheese, ham, boiled eggs..etc. The hospitality and kindness of the owners (family business) was excellent. Very cozy environment and very clean and always kept the heating on so there was never a moment we felt cold!! I highly recommend it.
Nothing really.... only that our room was quite small but, had an attic with stair case with two other beds on upper floor.(not needed for us as we were two).
It is a very authentic place. The family is running the hotel and restaurant. It is great for a weekend escape. I believe they need to work on making their beds more comfy. Other than that we loved it.
