La ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

La habitación que muestran en booking no es la misma que te dan al momento de llegar . Me ofrecieron una habitación super pequeña como en la planta 1 eso es como un sótano los acabados buenos pero dentro no tiene ventilación además que se siente un olor a humedad impresionante hasta el punto que estuve 1 hora en la habitación y ya sentía malestar en la garganta y al respirar, debería ser ilegal que ofrezcan ese tipo de habitaciónes tipo cárcel. Abono la actitud de la recepciónista que me cambio para el segundo piso a una habitación más amplia. El hotel no es un lugar para descansar las paredes son en panel yeso y se escucha TODO el ruido de las demás habitaciones, el sonido de las tuberías también se escucha . No debería ser hotel sino hostal para uno no exigir tanto , el precio bien pero la experiencia muy mala. No lo recomiendo.

Very good
Pros:

The location was really nice and close to the main places in Pereira. Loved green everywhere.

Cons:

The weather, it was really hot at night and we did not have a fan or any good ventilated window.
