The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning and has so much potential. Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the service.

From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. When we asked if we could check in, the receptionist sighed and rolled their eyes, making us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests.

Later, we asked if there was anywhere we could get something to eat. We were met with another arrogant response, being told that food was only served to guests who had purchased the full-board package and that there was nothing available to order in between. There was no attempt to help or suggest any alternatives.

Sadly, this attitude seemed to reflect the culture throughout the hotel. Most staff appeared to treat guests as a burden rather than people they were there to welcome and assist. We have stayed at many hotels, and this was one of the least hospitable experiences we’ve had.

It’s a real shame because the setting is incredible, but great locations alone cannot make up for poor hospitality. Until the service culture changes, I would struggle to recommend this hotel.

Fijn hotel op een goede locatie!
Pros:

Sauna’s zijn top, eten is heel erg goed en de ligging is perfect! Je loopt zo naar de gondel, maar bent met de auto ook zo op andere leuke plekjes!
