Alles im Allen waren es drei schöne Tage.
Pros:

Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, kann nicht besser sein. Der Pool im neunten Stock wunderbar. Was uns noch sehr gut gefallen hat, weil in der Nähe: Der Freistädter Biergarten.

Cons:

Die Wände vom WC und der Duschkabine haben uns nicht gefallen. Störend war auch das es keinen Lichtschalter weder im WC noch in der Dusche gab. Die Betten waren für unserem Begriff etwas weich.

Ich war schon mehrfach hier und bin noch nie enttäuscht worden. Schöne Zimmer, super Frühstück, toller Spa-Bereich und der Pool im 8. Stock 🥳

Außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft – hier ist man wirklich Gast!

Ein rundum groĂźartiger Aufenthalt im Hotel FREIGOLD in Freistadt!

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die außerordentlich freundliche, herzliche und hilfsbereite Art des gesamten Personals, insbesondere an der Rezeption. Da ich leider auf Krücken anreisen musste, war ich natürlich etwas eingeschränkt. Heute hat mir sogar jemand aus dem Management persönlich meinen Koffer bis zum Auto gebracht. Eine solche Aufmerksamkeit ist keineswegs selbstverständlich und hat mich wirklich beeindruckt.

Genau das verstehe ich unter echter Gastfreundschaft: Man wird hier nicht einfach als Zimmernummer oder zahlender Kunde behandelt, sondern als Gast, um den man sich persönlich kümmert. Das ist für mich der große Unterschied zwischen bloßer Hotellerie und einem Haus, in dem Gastfreundschaft tatsächlich gelebt wird.

Auch sonst war einfach alles top. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ein Wahnsinn – eine fantastische Auswahl, hochwertig, liebevoll präsentiert und wirklich ein Genuss.

Ein Hotel, bei dem nicht nur Ausstattung und Angebot stimmen, sondern vor allem die Menschen den Unterschied machen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte FREIGOLD-Team für diesen außergewöhnlich angenehmen Aufenthalt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr gut und bestens zu empfehlen. Bitte unbedingt ein Zimmer Richtung Natur nehmen.
Pros:

. Das Frühstück hat jede Erwartung bei weitem übertroffen. Einfach großartig. Der Speiseraum wunderbar.e. Fitness konnten wir nicht ausnützen, daher keine Bewertung. Personal wunderbar freundlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder. In der kälteren Jahreszeit.

Cons:

Nur die Zimmer fanden wir ein wenig ungemütlich, wenn auch auf hohem Niveau. Eine Toilette, die man nicht abschließen kann, mögen wir nicht. Der Rasierspiegel nicht brauchbar, weil einfach zu große Auflösung. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer in Richtung Busbahnhof. Daher die schlechte Bewertung der Lage.
