Food was good but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a wellness trip!

Cons:

The sauna opens at 4 pm and you have to dine until 8 pm. So you have hardly any time to relax or use the wellness facilities. The pool was too cold!! Not heated!! And the music at the pool was horrible. Way too loud and a mix from soundtracks to Bon Jovi. Nothing relaxing.

Pros:

In general everything was ok. The lady working at the reception was helpful offering to us what we needed.

Cons:

I was really surprised to see that they have not provided me a final invoice for my stay. I really needed this because my company was going to reimburse me and my friends for our stay. Actually I did the check out in my last night because the next morning we needed to leave early in the morning. There was a mistake in the dates of stay in the first invoice that I got and then I asked to change it and there was another mistake in the second invoice. I am not sure if there was an issue with the system but the lady told me she can not make any other changes until somebody from IT guys come and do the work.

Finally I asked her to email me the final invoice with no mistakes and until today I have not received it. I messaged the property via booking and I also send them an email but unfortunately no response from them.

Pros:

The hotel was near the forest in a silent place. Very kind staff.

Cons:

The breakfast was average, not with a big variety. The bathroom door was from glass, it could be uncomfortable.

Nice little hotel in the Wienerwald
Pros:

Nice newly renovated room. Comfortable beds. Wonderful surroundings.
