It’s ok if you’re in a pinch, but if you can pay a bit more, stay at Well Park across the street.
Pros:

Breakfast was alright, very limited options, but what is offered is passable.

Cons:

There was no hot water for the majority of our stay. I may have gotten a minute when washing my hands. Amenities are sparse. What I absolutely hated was that people were able to smoke right outside of our rooms. The smell was terrible and no amount of opening the windows and using the vent in the bathroom helped.
